Theres two things i took away from this game tonight:

1. Golden state is on that plane right now more confident than they were before the game started.

2. I still don't think Minnesota has played a "great" game yet and the best is yet to come

Game 3 will tell us everything we need to know, this was supposed to be a statement game, but I do think the Warriors believe they can win one or both in Golden state

Lol, ANT also praise mike for his defensive effort tonight saying he chase Buddy all night long... Mike definitely slow down on offense part but tonight his defense was elite. Nice to see. We will need that and a couple of clutch shoot as well during the series.

I'm honestly kinda shocked by the negative narrative around the game so far. The Warriors really only had one run. Their hopes are resting on the backs of Kuminga and Jackson-Davis, two guys that weren't even really in the rotation 72 hours ago. Felt more like a last ditch effort to me, as opposed to unlocking some secret plan.

If they believe that, it's because of mentality and confidence, not based on the way Wolves played game 2. Maybe we did not have an impressive game like Game 1 vs Lakers or that one vs Nuggets last year but we played solid, everyone showed up, the defense is there. We're about to make WCF twice in a row and half of the people here say "trash, unwatchable, team is an embarassment, fire Finch, hate Connelly, idiot this, 0 braincell that. It's like we were a dinasty recently and we can't be content with just being top 4 anymore. This was a good game! 43% on 3s. We've eliminated Suns, Nuggets, Lakers and most probably Warriors over these 2 years runs. Betting sites had us winning this series even after game 1, and only OKC is more favored than us to win their series. What do you guys want to see? 82-0 seasons and sweeps all the way for 3 years in a row? I remember there was a poll here after the Rudy trade about what would make fans happy. Titles, WCF appearances, etc. I wish I could find that thread because I have a feeling we are where we said we would consider that trade a success, but still fans here react like we are starting Oleksiy Pecherov, Ryan Gomes and Johnny Flynn, under Rambis and Kahn.

It's not a simple adjustment going from a very static and straightforward Lakers team to the complexity and movement GS throws at you on both ends. Still a good win and they're adjusting as the game goes, even with Steph I think this series is short.

Hopefully Ant is ok and LET'S GO JOKER!

I think there was a lot of residual negativity from game 1 which created a lot of tension for fans. Wolves put themselves in a good spot from the start, but spent most of the game in that +15 range not really finishing the Warriors off. Usually you're going to feel a lot better about a wire to wire win by 20+. Too much stress though.

puts a little damper on me because I felt like the Wolves could come out of the west. If you brought this level of play against the Thunder the past 3 games, they blow you out by 40 each game

I agree that it feels like we have yet to play a really good game. This far into the playoffs, that is concerning to me. We just may not be able to turn that on at any point.

The Wolves aren't the type of team that's going to win by 40 folks. They won't lock in when the lead approaches anywhere near that number. The more important thing is that they lock in when the other team starts threatening the lead again, which they did last night. Golden State made one run and the Wolves stopped it and built the gap back almost instantly.

No chance the Warriors feel any kind of confidence after that game. Kuminga was their best player and there is no chance that repeats itself and even the Warriors know that. Jimmy looks hurt and not aggressive and no chance he gets any real time to heal until the gap between games 5 & 6, if this series lasts to that point.

I feel like most players had a good game last night with the exception of Rudy. Ant wasn't his normal self but he was efficient as a scorer, rebounded and defended well, and didn't turn it over much.

I feel like Wolves fans know how Wolves aren't the kind of the team that will blow out opponent by 40-50 pts even when opponent is severely short handed...this is a team which blew out Nuggets and then lost to a mediocre team their 3 best players in following week. Warriors are still a great defensive team and scoring 117 pts is good offensive performance. 3 pt shooting slump that we saw in prior 2 games is gone. Just gotta hope Ant cleans up his layups...he is missing some easy layups this playoffs that he normally makes.

Social media is always lot more negative...that's usually why I avoid this place during losses. One thing I have learnt watching playoffs all these years is that there will always be some weird one-off games. Just the nature of the game...even teams which ended up winning titles in recent years had some absolute stinkers in playoffs. I learnt not to overreact based on a single game, be it positive or negative. It doesn't matter if you won your previous series 4-0 and your opponent won previous series by 4-3, every series is a new matchup.

I avoid this place during wins too. Regardless of whether we are winning or losing, Game Threads always seem to be filled with the same posters looking to find incidents to complain about their favorite scapegoat player or Finch. I like to stop by after games are over, but during games? Ick.

I never saw a replay, but in real time it looked like Garza got jobbed on the block call super late in the game. Props to Luka for taking one in a blowout.

For this specific game, the offense just doesn't looked clean. We were off to a great start due to our good defense but at the same time GSW offense was terrible. Maybe I would had feel a lot better if we somewhat contain Kuminga and Jackaon-Davis. I can see we finally shoot over 40% from 3s which is encouraging.
