Regarding Reddish:
He played 23 minutes in preseason game 1 (which was 1 minute under the 24 minute limit that coach set). He missed game 2 with an injured ankle.

Thanks for the info. Rumor has it that the Wolves could have got the 6th pick from you for 17 and Culver. I really like Okongwu, but it would have meant no Culver, Rubio, Bolmaro, or Jaden McDaniel.

We heard the same, that Minny asked. Hawks declined.

The national reports are that Minny declined. Regardless of what is true Culver, Rubio, Bolmaro and McDaniels might be too much for Okongwu as much as I like him. Good luck with him. You may have got the best player in the draft.

Dlo + Edwards + Okogie (Culver and /or McDaniels as well if they ask for) + picks from Philly to Rockets
Harden to Philly
Simmons to Wolves

To get Simmons Wolves need to include Rubio's salary. Houston doesn't need him and Wolves (Taylor) may not be ready to do this to Rubio so quick again.

edit. this also work without Rubio
http://www.espn.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=y89vtbjd

but the roster gets hella thin

Or end the banana crew experience.
How good would be a Simmons - KAT duo?

Theoretically...
Harden to PHI
Simmons to MN
DLo + fillers to HOU

But then you think - Could Simmons and Rubio actually ever play together?

Don’t work but Just threw it out there for fun

Honesty it's better than Dlo Kat, but still lacking something. Worse than current Philly situation.

Minutes would be staggered. Plus Simmons can possibly play like A.Gordon next to Rubio.

But at least we can agree that the potential of Simmons is 100x more than Dlo.
And with KAT shooting, Simmons defense and playmaking you can real built something from there. The money is well spent...

Want to see something fun?

MIN GETS: Ben Simmons and Tobias Harris
MIN GIVES: DeAngelo Russell, Ricky Rubio, Anthony Edwards

PHI GETS: James Harden, PJ Tucker, DeAngelo Russell
PHI GIVES: Ben Simmons, Tobias Harris, Mike Scott, picks

HOU GETS: Anthony Edwards, Ricky Rubio, Mike Scott, picks
HOU GIVES: James Harden, PJ Tucker

MIN: Simmons, Beasley, Layman, Harris, KAT. Simmons plays PG for us, fixes our size and defense issues, and there is no better complimentary player in the NBA to develop Simmons than KAT. Harris would work fine as a starting PF here, he is a very good player, just overpaid. Our books would be ridiculously bad, but the team would be fun. Sign McLaughlin. We can use Beasley (later)/Okogie if trading Rubio is too much to bear.

Russell would actually be a nice fit on PHI, especially if Simmons isn’t there, and I think he could work with Harden. I would have more questions about his fit in HOU with John Wall.

I don’t think a MIN deal here is happening, but it’s fun to play with the concept!

Before trading Russell, we’d have to talk to KAT. If I was Rosas, I would go to KAT and say, “We have the chance to add Simmons (or Harden?) but we’d have to trade your pal DLo. Do you want to win, or do you want to play with your friends?”

If he said, “I want to win,” I’d make the trade.

If he said, “I want to play with my friends” I’d still make the trade, but I’d also start looking to trade KAT

when will newly signed FA be able to be traded?

Or was that usual restriction not happening this season?

I tried a trade with Beasley and i got...

'Malik Beasley cannot be traded because 3 months have not passed since he re-signed using Bird rights with a 20% raise in salary and the Timberwolves are over the cap. He will be eligible to be traded after Feb 25, 2021."
