He's got to be on the hot seat and so should Rosas for hiring him.

that was unreasonable?

We failed to use clock and go inside ... no reason we couldn’t have rode KAT and had him on the line down the stretch. Not getting that

KAT really couldn't handle double teams, 7 TOs

that should have been easy buckets, 4 on 3 rest of court

OMG. 13 with a minute and 39 seconds. It's not possible to lose in that situation. Never happened before that I have seen.

being up 6 with 35 seconds is probably 99% win

Andrew and Towns were in the game for these minutes.

27 pt lead blown in this game by the whole team, certainly on the starters. They obviously weren't stopping Buddy Heild any more than anyone else.

We couldve won like 5 games more if we had a coach who doesnt suck so much. No disrespect to Ryan, i think hes a good person but hes just so bad as a head coach. Hes not ready.

This is truly the most spectacular tanking to have ever taken place. I am humbled... witnessing this tank’s awesome power. Oh wait.... they’re trying to win?!

According to ESPN, since 96/97:when play by play data began, teams entered the day 0-8378 when trailing by 17 or more in the final 3 minutes of the 4th quarter or OT.

Enter... Timberwolves.

At this point KAT could demand a trade and I wouldn't even be mad at him. This franchise is in disarray and it all starts at the top. As long as Glen Taylor is the owner, we are never winning a championship.

That's just life as a Timberwolves fan - where the most exciting night of the year is the draft lottery (which we still have yet to move up a single time).

I put on so nothing else to get kids to bed with 2 minutes left and then checked after the missed free throw and shot to tie. Couldn't believe it.

This has gone from that's going to affect us down the line after 1st Memphis game to that's going to be hard to recover from after OKC to it's over tonight.

Wouldn’t be mad at towns for demanding a trade? How do people still believe he isn’t a major part of the problem? He’s getting paid a max mind you. Lmao

Agree with you about Glenn though. Bad owner is an understatement.

I definitely put this on the players more than Saunders/staff ... missed free-throws and careless fouls bailed SAC out.

A great example of having no true team leader ... it’s by committee it seems but that don’t work. Napier, McLaughlin, and Okogie bust their tails, but they don’t have that trait either. We are simply a team of roles players right now. Frustrating.

Oh I agree that KAT isn't blameless in this. My point is it's understandable why no one would want to play for this franchise when you have an owner who has a long history of idiotic management gaffes - The Joe Smith contract fiasco and loss of draft picks, hiring Kahn, selling draft picks to afford buying out Rambis, making Wiggs pinky swear that he would try harder before maxing him... the list goes on and on.

Did you just start following the team last season or something?

Kat couldn’t handle the double-team or effectively post up vs. a team without a center ... blame Glenn?

Man... Somehow this team managed to surprise me again

I was mostly watching the Kobe re-run game on ESPN and checked back just in time to see the Fox intentional free throw miss/rebound/tie.

Lol I'm not saying Glen Taylor is directly the reason for this loss. Obviously that falls on the players and coaches. That being said, GT is the one who has been hiring the people to run this organization which has only made it into the playoffs once in the last 15 years.

Sorry if I'm being over the top but I'm tired of this ****. I tucked my kid into bed with 4 minutes left in the game thinking it was over, and when I check my phone later to see how much we won by, the game is actually tied and going into overtime. Unbelievable
