If Okogie could hit wide open shots at even a 32-33% rate he would be a very valuable player. Unfortunately, the lack of a jump shot is going to severely limit his career (and cost him a lot of money on his next contract).

Is Marnie really asking Towns how the team kept its composure? Towns?

Aroooooooo! Big win with no Vando and McDaniels but man, Towns' you got to get your crap together. He's a damn mess with these calls. The falling, late to get back, complaining. Stop man be better.

The team has shown a ton of heart. Guys were scraping. The defense wasn't great at all times tonight but it was great in moments when it needed to be.

Bring a big in here STAT. These other bigs are regularly getting career-high rebounds, its crazy how small we are.

It really feels good to win these close games, especially due to defense.

Importantly 3-1 without our spirit animal wolf warrior out there with his calming presence.
And we know the 1 loss was from a team going HAM from deep

I think Finch has done a great job, not just getting the perennially lazy Wolves to play hard, but get such great efforts out of bench players. It’s hard to keep players motivated when they might have gotten a DNP-CD the night before, and it’s a credit to Finch, and these guys, that they are always ready to lay it on the line when their number is called.

Arooooo!!! Big win, big win!

I wonder tho, is the team better off without KAT in the clutch? We've done really well without him these last 2 games and there were a lot of clutch possessions. Non-Jokic bigs don't do well in the clutch on their shot attempts, KAT should probably be no more than a decoy in the last couple of minutes of clutch games when he actually gets to play those minutes.

Rebounding, help D, point of attack D, smart passing, JO is more than a one trick pony.

He’s incredible defensive energy. Maybe I’m being harsh on him because he made a terrific defensive play. But he should be shooting lay ups (wide open) or for sure dunks.

Either way ABOVE .500!!!

JO really outplayed Prince. Check the stat lines.

Prince was an absolute turd that did nothing. But they’re both far worse than vando and mcdaniels. JO was just less stinkier tonight

Tbh that doesn't say much as Prince has been awful. Tbh they're both below replacement level wings, but Josh really did a lot of great things for us tonight. It's just that I can't imagine us winning with him in the rotation, if he doesn't improve his shot by a lot.

KAT had a good game scoring wise (he is probably the only player on the team who consistently scores efficiently) but man these turnovers have to be addressed...had 9 Turnovers today...he also must be the player with most number of offensive fouls in the league..so so frustrating because he gets into foul trouble so frequently. Lot of his offensive calls are due to his use of elbow when he is driving or in the post. Hope Finch and coaching team can address this.

Another problem is that I feel like KAT wants to be a playmaker like Jokic but he doesn't have the consistency or touch like Jokic when it comes to passing...he will have one or two really flashy passes but also 2-3 bad turnovers every game due to some really awkward passes. That behind the shoulder pass that he tries when he is doubled rarely works.

Okogie with the defensive play of the night. KAT on the other hand, was a total disaster. We would’ve lost the game if he was on the court the last minute

We were missing 3 of our top 6 players and our 3 best defenders of the regular rotation guys.

To be fair he kept us in it in the first half. He was Mr: efficient tonight. Also he takes a truckload of contact with no whistle. That foul out offensive foul only happened cause Sabonis got into his body after grabbing his arm.

His dribble drives give me anxiety. He’s either likely to miss, turnover, offensive foul or land on his wrist.

For the second straight game we finished the end of a close game without MCD, V8, or KAT. Also, for the second straight game we found a way to win.

yeah..I am always scared when he drives and takes a fall..it feels like an injury waiting to happen. He just needs to make smart decisions and cut down some of these drives unless the team is in desperate situation
