Watched most of second half. DEN was coming back but Jazz hang on for the W. All the Cavs and Twolves ex-players were contributing. Beasley hit a couple big 3s, Kessler 10R + 12pt, Sexton was hit a few big shots at the end.

How does a Bulls team without Ball or Lavine beat the Heat in Miami at full strength? I guess part of it is that the General couldn’t stop DDR.

Nobody has ever stopped DDR. I'm not even sure anybody has ever contained him. :D

Chuck and Shaq are not believers in the wolves. They said that we would be a good team in t he 90's but in today's game we wont be able to guard the 3 with our bigs and we wont be able to punish smaller teams so we will get killed. Chuck is WAY higher on the Pelicans. Thinks they are top 4.
When luck shuts the door skill comes in through the window.

Not surprising. Did we really expect that teaming up those two guys' two least favorite big men that we were suddenly going to change their minds?

Chuck is hit and miss and occasionally some good insight. I can't hear half of what Shaq saying with his mumbling. The other half is garbage. I like Kenny way better between the 3.

Conflicted. How do I root for PatBev, with my continued burning desire to see the Lakers lose every game?

Ant should really study Kawhi and how he navigates traffic to find shots and open guys.

Simple. Root for Bev to beat the crap out of Westbrook. Then when the suspension is done he gets bought out. Then he comes home and wins a ring with HIS team.

Don't you hate the Clippers more? They collect players like baseball cards. I mean like Pokemon cards. I am dating myself there.

I hate the Clippers for their payroll, their cheap pickup of great talent, and their big market advantage. But, the Lakers played very dirty in 03-04, so I hate them infinitely more.

They defended him the exact same way they defended V8 last year. It was both funny and sad.

But he actually played great defense with 5 steals and was pretty good in every other facet of his game.

But he left a minimum of 20 points off of the board with his misses.

With the way the defense was able to crack down on everyone, he cost them 40+ easy.

I think it was 6 missed 3s out of those 11 shots so it was 28 possible points. His shooting sucked. He played very well otherwise. The five steals could have prevented 15 points off made threes and led to some easy fast break points. All in all not a good game for Westbrook.

I think his 0-11 actually cost the Lakers 500 points and if he hadn't played they would have won by 400.
