They all are being mentioned in rumors for a reason, they are paid as stars, but they have underperformed in playoffs. New CBA just make this question even more urgent: are you really willing to pay all this money to these guys?

And the only reason teams would decline.

You don’t think a team says no based on his off court drama?

I do.

Zion could’ve played at the end of last season, btw.

To me it looks like the Pels don’t play Zion when they don’t think they have a shot at winning it all (because his body is high risk).

Put Zion on any team with a real shot to win it all and watch him suddenly play more games.

I didn't say that.

I think it is all linked as I previously said.

Which is EVERYTHING that keeps him off the court, so yes. Anything else? Any other stupid questions or gotchas that really aren't? Go away.

Does anyone else think any towns trade rumors and speculation will actually pick up after the draft so Connelly knows exactly which players are with which teams? As I have said before, why trade for the number two pick if you want Scoot and he is available at the number four? Not saying he would be, and just saying until you know where people are going since Kat cannot be traded until after the draft anyways why not see where the chips fall before you look at other things.

I think this is the guy that covers the team for his podcast and newsletter. Kind of a bigger version of Dane Moore.

You should do that immediately then because saying Zion’s off court drama AND his injury track record is the only thing keeping teams from trading for him has zero value.

Now feel free to keep talking to me even thought you’ve already said you want me to go away.

I’m speaking directly to your original statement, which was just plain goofy.

But, you’ve had a lot of goofy takes—like Haliburton’s jumper won’t be good, etc., etc.

Thank you for continuing this dialogue!

Haliburton’s jumper being awesome when you said it wouldn’t be is YOUR track record and YOU’RE the one making this goofy statement that Zion’s injury history AND his off court behavior are the ONLY reason a team wouldn’t take a chance on him. LOL.

Those things both point to you being goofy. They are data about YOU.

Correct. Injuries aren’t the only reason a team would say no to Zion. Which is to say, I disagree with what you said.

Purely based on the games he did play he'd be a top 5 to top 10 player, he's that dominant. BUT he cannot stay on the court.

And that's the only reason someone of his age, talent and ability is even possibly available.

And the only reason teams would decline.

False. Teams would avoid Zion for off-the-court reasons also—reasons that have nothing to do with his on-court availability.

It’s that simple. You have a MAJOR problem with me disagreeing with you and that’s YOUR problem, not mine. So if anyone is a playing a victim, it’s YOU.

How difficult is it to say "we can agree to disagree" and not make it personal?
