I'm always amazed that Wally averaged only two 3PA/game for his career. And never more than 3.5 in a season. That's absurd for a 41% career shooter.
He was definitely born a decade too early...

Wow. Just checked in on the last couple pages. I don't read or respond to posts longer than 2 maybe 3 standard paragraphs. Probably some good stuff in those, but way beyond my attention span.

Here's an advance stat that really likes Ant.

And also hates KAT.

Ant had 10 assists against Suns...that must be his career high right?

Yes, it was 7 before that.

I hope I’m wrong but Ant looked like he wasn’t feeling himself tonight (knee?).

I thought he looked hesitant last night...I guess that explains it. Maybe they should shut him down for a few days of rest but I highly doubt Ant would accept that decision.

I liked the way he didn't force the issue when it was clear he wasn't having a great night and other guys were to be honest. Shows some maturity (and good coaching in fairness) for him not to try and furiously chuck his way out of the slump but instead defer to the hotter hands

I was reading Lowe's article and he mentioned that so far this season, Ant is shooting 43% on Catch-and-shoot 3's which is excellent but only 31% of pull-up 3's.

Are Wolves fans prepared for all of the message board drama of Ant turning down a max deal to play on his QO at the end of his rookie deal?

No just interested in if people have been paying attention to what is going to happen with players from his draft

Look at when the TV deal runs out and the massive jump in salary cap that is being talked about due to a new deal.
Taking the QO , so that their next deal is signed under the new cap is likely to be a no brainer for anybody who can command the max from that draft.

Unless I'm mistaken, they can tie those extensions to a certain % of the cap, which would make this moot.
As far as economic uncertainty, an upcoming TV deal is the least of the team's worries. We're in for a rough next few years.

Yes but the extension starts the year before the cap jump if he signs it. so the percentage is the same just a percentage of a much lower number if projections of the TV deals size are correct.
