Rockets beat Thunder! We’re tied with the Thunder for the #2 seed.

Suns playing Denver tonight without Jamal Murray too. They are only 1 game ahead of us.

Gobert is a better player than those guys :D

I think you are missing the point winforlose is making. These are some of the greatest players in NBA history, and they're finding themselves mostly on the outside looking in.

I guess my comment was not as humorous as I thought.

OKC vs HOU OT was playoff intensity. Both teams just keep making shots. Glad to see HOU come out on top. Looks like Wolves still have a chance to get the number one seed.

Think of the 3 games we lost since KAT went down. IIRC it was 2 OTs and a 3 point loss to Denver with Rudy and Naz also missing.

1 OT, loss to Lakers was 120 to 109. You point is still valid, Wolves has been very good so far with Towns out.

Lakers beat us 120-109. But that was missing Karl, Rudy, Kyle, and Monte. AD just outsized Naz and had 27 and 25. Cavs was dead legs and cheated by refs in OT. Denver was without all our bigs. Kyle got 3 fouls in 3 minutes, and we had to rely heavily on Luka Garza to guard Jokic. We lost on a missed buzzer beater wide open by Ant.

Suns are up 13 on Denver in the 3rd. Good chance we will be within half a game of Denver and if we beat them I think we will have tiebreaker on them locked up. The unthinkable could happen. We could win the West missing KAT for the last 20+ games.

Not gonna lie... I'm finding it hard to concentrate on work daydreaming about this exact scenario :D

What a night, DEN lose to PHX and OKC lose to HOU. Wolves on a 3 way tie (loss column) at the top of the west. Win Friday vs DEN and we have a good shot for top seed

I really think it show how better we are compare to last year. We were a 50% team without KAT, now we are much better. Things looking good. WE secure a top 3 position and if we get a bit of luck, we can still get the 1st spot. Go Wolves.

That is part of it. I think the other part is we are just more cohesive and have better chemistry. I mean most of the team didn’t know how to pass to Rudy inside last year. Ant and Naz have both taken major leaps. Jaden might be inconsistent on offense, but on defense he has been especially dangerous this year. Rudy just seems healthier and more integrated into the defense. Last year was a major departure compared to DPOY Rudy we have this year. While I agree we have more talent I also believe our guys really took the next step as a team, especially on defense.

Looks like Philly got the full Adam Silver treatment from the Brand Managers, getting screwed over and over at the end of the game against the Clippers, with the NBA desperate to keep a 2nd LA team from falling into the play-in tournament.

No Embiid no love apparently.

Pels win keeps them close to LAC. I am still not sure where I want LAC and the Pels to finish. Either way I would be surprised if either caught us at this point.

Monk is a big loss for the kings. They are already only 1.5 games ahead of the Lakers (I believe with the tie breaker over the Lakers.) Now to lose another key rotation player, they could fall down 9 or 10.

I’d like to see the Mavs go into HOU tomorrow and end their win streak.

I’ve been cheering for them these last few weeks, but I don’t want them coming in here Tuesday feeling confident

I am not sure. I want GSW out of the play in. Either way Houston will be hungry. We cannot take any games easy in the next 9.
