Of course he CAN, but so could I and neither would be a good idea.

His height, yeah, but not his ht/wt ratio. You can get by being tall and skinny or not as tall and stout. You can't get by with not as tall and skinny. Andrew gets pushed around by some of the bigger SFs in the league, let alone PFs.

No way can Wiggins play the 4, maybe in a few years when he's added 20 pounds of muscle... he doesn't remember to rebound at the 3, he certainly wouldn't bother at the 4

Bazz could play the 4.

I'm all for it. The more focus on his individual game and taking the Wolves to the next level, the better

Smart decision. He can play for Canada down the road. Best to get as good as possible now as a young player to set himself up better for the future. As I was crucified for saying this a month ago, but Rubio should strongly consider doing this also for his own future.

I don't think many people thought what you said was wrong, just unrealistic. Europeans skipping international play is looked upon much differently than North Americans.

Hey, if you go to raptors board now you still can get yourself a piece of roasted Wiggy. But hurry up they are ripping him into shreds.

I guess this means they aren't counting the days until Wiggins signs with Toronto as a free agent anymore. lol

Same ones trashing the guys for not playing would be the same ones that complain that Derozan or JVal could get hurt playing for their national teams. The salt is to be expected.

I'm actually disappointed as I was really looking forward to watching Canada this summer when I thought they were going to be fairly stacked. With that said I understand his reasoning and it is hard on these guys to play so much. Wiggins would def get a ton of run on that depleted team and could risk injury and take wear and tear. I def fear for Dieng if Senegal plays this summer because they play him damn near 40 minutes. Its impressive he can handle it but dude might break down because he has played A LOT of ball in the past 3 years.
When luck shuts the door skill comes in through the window.
