Hell I'm getting old, I cant afford to wait given our draft history.

Your'e gonna keep waiting either way... You're saying JR and HW put us in immediate contention? Can KAT guard Giannis, Lebron, Tatum, PJ Tucker, Doncic, Tobias Harris, Aaron Gordon and other current starting 4's? All no

I get the waiting game, but do you really think KAT is going to want to wait another 3-6 years for the picks to pan out? JR and HW gives us a shot at the PO's and that is what our goal should be.
Plus, again, given our draft history, ho many times will we hit on an Okogie? Plus we wouldn't even know what Okogie could do if not for injuries/rest for Butler and Wigs. As long as Thibs is coach, he will insist on a 9 man rotation. No room for rookies.

I just don't think think Hassan is worth the $, we're a young stud at PG away from having one of the better young cores in the league. JR and HW hinders our chance at that because we'll be picking late round.

Thibs has done a great job drafting and will continue to do so.

Actually, yes, he could actually guard those guys. Does he have the lateral quickness to play them on the perimeter? Not if he isn't smart about his spacing. However, would those players be able to bully him in the post the way they do other players? No, they would not. Kat may not have the quickness to play pressure D on the perimeter on the players you mentioned, but he does have superior length. Also, keep in mind, this means that they have to guard him also. Can Kat shoot over most of those players? Why yes, he can. Can Kat body up and post most of those players? Why yes, yes he can. Will he be able to take those guys off the dribble? No,probably not.

Yea he 'could'. We could also see Giannis put up a triple double again too and get blown out by 20 lol

I agree the $ is a little high for Whiteside, but we get a stud in Josh (IMO) and he fits the youth movement. If you can find us a "stud" PG then I'm all for it. It could be the draft pick we get in the trade.

Good. I don't know why the hell they were playing him in the first place. He's got a couple of great performances under his belt; his trade value is as high as it's going to get and the drama is clearly affecting the team. Let him sit, stay away from practice and not risk injury.

While we're at it, Thibs can sit too until he's finalized the Butler trade.

The same guy who “just wants to play basketball” and “only cares about winning and his teammates” is no refusing to play? Weird.

Maybe a fresh start would do it for them. Are you willing to take the risk?

I'd do Saric, Fultz, Bayless, Chandler for Butler, Dieng.

Bum or bust.

Not me
Would rather have the Miami deal.

What Miami Deal. There is no Miami Deal. As for this proposed Philly deal Fultz sucks. Put RoCo in there instead of Fultz and I'm all over it.

Oct 31st is the day many have been talking about. Is it possible to play a game on the same day you are traded?

And if he doesnt it would be a (lesser) mistake anyway. Did you compare KAT and Nowitzki numbers?

Trading KAT is NOT an option.

Wolves need to report Butler to the league for refusing to honor his contract. Stop paying him and start fining him until he honors his contract. If he sits for 30 days he loses his right to Free Agency next year. Play 100% hardball with him. His refusing to honor his contract shows all potential trade partners that he is a POS who won't honor his contract when he doesn't get his way. Offers will diminish to nothing but bad contracts coming back our way. What a POS he has turned out to be.

you asked if he can guard them, yes he can. About as well as anyone else in the league can guard them. In some ways, maybe better. I mean, if you are actually asking if he can guard Giannis, can Durant guard Giannis?

Well there was a rumored deal with Miami. What deal with Philly? There is no deal with Philly, just rumors right?
Saric sucks, and RoCo is a role player.

I would have to disagree about Thibs being good at drafting. So far he's picked a guy who was widely considered a bust at #5 and a guy who has been injured the majority of his time with the Wolves at #15. Okogie looks like a very good pick, but I wouldn't call succeeding with 1 out of 3 1st round picks a very good track record.

Yeah it's at least not a complete mismatch. KD isn't the only one... Brandon Ingram, Jonathan Isaac, Ben Simmons, LeBron, Robert Covington etc. KAT is a 5
