Yeah Perry Jones is a 4. Could be a superstar too if he can put it all together.

I feel bad for Butler. They have a rematch at Duke and it's we all know how that's going to end.

There have been players it's worked for. KG for a few years, Lamar Odom, Kevin Durant.

He's talented. He and Barnes still seem like the top 2 guys to me. Which means we will end up with the 3rd pick or lower.

With the way Irving has been playing, I'd be fine with that.

Another PG, and I don't see him as being a can't miss prospect that would make it worth taking him when we already have Rubio coming. If we had the 3rd pick and Barnes and Jones were gone, I'd much rather go for someone like Kanter or Vesely.

If Irving keeps playing how he has been, then he'll be the #1 pick no question. So if we could get him 3rd then you take him and move Rubio. He's much more of a complete player then Rubio is at this point anyway.

Why Kanter or Vesely? Vesely has sucked it up lately and would have to replace one of Love or Beasley, while Kanter is a similar grounded big like Love and Pekovic. He solves none of our problems. If we had to go with someone else I'd rather it be Valunciunas.

I hope you're somehow right and Irving pushes Barnes and Jones down the board. If he does end up being a stud, we won't have a chance at him anyway, so I'm not going to worry about the PG situation I suppose.

I can see why pro prospects want to play at KU. the offense is just a bunch of silly isos.

Jones is having one terrible game

Henson absolutely smothered Jones and managed to have a good game himself in the process. UNC needed this win.

Why not? He's quick for a 4 and he's got great height, length, and explosion for the position. He might have some trouble with the bigger, post-up Power Forwards, but there aren't very many of those in today's NBA. As of right now, he has similar height, wingspan, bulk, and mobility as a younger KG, and Garnett was one of the best (if not the best) defenders ever at the position.

i would love to see harrison barnes wanting the ball more and attacking the basket... he needs to show more of the attack mode attitude and then we all will know what type of player he can become

This is true. He had a good first half against Kentucky (?) where he came out aggressive, but after the half he went back into deference mode. I think the problem with him, among other things, is that he doesn't want to make mistakes and it makes him a little passive.

He'll need to bulk up but so do most guys coming out of college. Other then that he should be fine. He's got the athleticism and a skill set that could make him a major mismatch on the next level. All he has to do is keep working and keep being aggressive and I think he's the next Garnett. If he doesn't then he's the next Anthony Randolph.

Fun fact, Alec Burks has gotten to the FT line 10 times in five of his eight games this year, including one game with 15 FTAs.

Wiretap says most of the top guys won't come out because of the lockout...ugh.

At least we have Rubio.
