WITH THE BULLS DEAL.
OUR ROSTER LOOKE LIKE THIS IN 2014/2015.

GET RID OF ADELMAN.

PEKOVIC / DIENG / TURIAF
BOOZER / MIROTIC / MBAH A MOUTE
J.BUTLER / C.BREWER / S.MUHAMMAD
K.MARTIN / (2014 DRAFT PICK)
RUBIO / A.MILLER ? OR J.BAYLESS ?

AND 2 DRAFT PICKS IN 2014. BOTH GOING TO BE TOP 20 I THINK.

BOOZER AND MBAH A MOUTE WITH EXPIRING CONTRACTS IN 2014/2015.
TRY TO TRADE SHVED AND BAREA.

John Henson and the #1 pick for Love? Too much to give up for Mil? The owner seems to only care about making a splash and trying to get to the playoffs.. Doubt they would do it tho

If they fall down to 4, then maybe, but they might just as well pick Randle if they don't get Wiggins, Parker or Embiid.

Henson is really intriguing. Not that Bucks ever do it, but Henson+Giannis and a lot of filler contracts is a package I'd take :P

I'm in no hurry to trade either Pek or Love. This team can be good if we can find a way to not have to play all our starters 35 minutes a game. Our bench is the real reason we're losing. However:

Toronto:

Valanciunas
Derozan

Twolves:

Kevin Love

I'd do that:

Rubio/Barea
Martin/Brewer
Derozan/Budinger
Pek/Cunningham
Jonas/Turiaf/Dieng

Pek isn't a PF. He would have to be moved as well.

Irony in all of this trade talk for Love is that the Wolves could've drafted players like DD, Val, Klay, etc. Should've kept Mirotic, who is supposedly the main prize in the Bulls package.

Yep. Bledsoe, Dragic, and Lowry were all available to the Wolves in their drafts as well. Marc Gasol, too.

WHAT ABOUT :

L.DENG / T.GIBSON / J.BUTLER / MIROTIC / CHICAGO PICK / CAHRLOTTE PICK

FOR

K.LOVE / K.MARTIN / SHVED ? OR BUDINGER ?

THAT WOULD BE A GREAT DEAL.
BUT
CHICAGO PROVALY DON´T MAKE THAT DEAL.

Kevin Love Free Agency/Trade Thread

If they wouldn't ... they should.

They add a Top 5 player in Love who is the perfect compliment to Noah. They have to cross their fingers on Rose, but if he can be 90% of the player he was two years ago, that's a team that maybe even the Heat can't beat.

The problem is that they would try to dump Boozer on us, and I don't think they have the incentive here to make us eat that salary.

I do not know....... I am a fan for Klay. I think I would. Does the money work out?

EDIT: I just checked and it does.

I would. That's the best offer I heard. Def makes up for reading the Suns proposals.

That is one of the best trades for Love that I have seen.

This is way better.

T. Wolves get : T. Gibson / L. Deng / J. Butler / N. Mirotic / Chicago pick / Charlotte pick.

Bulls get : K. Love / K. Martin / A. Shved

I am a huge fan of Butler, and those two picks should be high draft pick.

I see the Bulls taking that deal in a heartbeat. Now, the only thing they need is Rose to come back healthy.

Why would any GM trade an MVP candidate if not forced to? Love is worth more than any player in the leagu except Durant or Lebron. Wolves have a chance to keep Love. If you start building around prospects and then trade them when they materialize, what's the objective of the franchise?. Wolves have been reuilding for years trying to develope a player like Love. Now is time to build around him.

Any young prospect ypu get for Love has less than 1% of chance to become as good as Love is. Look at his stats (both the typical ones and the advanced ones). He's just ridiculously good.

I thought I'd post this here, for visitors to consider:

shrink wrote:A couple things on Love trades that many people miss:

1. Many posters on the Trade Board act like they know that Love is as good as gone because of one article by Woj over a year ago, and those barbs were directed mainly at Kahn. Love has wisely said nothing since then, and the Wolves got rid of Kahn. Are we so positive there is no chance Love will re-sign? Even if replacing Kahn with Flip wasn't enough, are we so sure he has reached his decision and nothing can change his mind over that three years? Suppose a scenario where Love privately went to the Wolves tomorrow and asked to be traded, they may still not deal him, thinking they have 1.5 years to change his mind. They can offer the most money, and they aren't likely to get a player back with his production.

2. When people want to make historic comparisons of superstar trade value, using Bosh, LeBron or Melo are not good examples. Bosh and LeBron had zero years on their contract that gave them complete leverage, and Melo only had a half season and had limited his potential buyers to two, cutting out 28 potential bidders that might offer more. Love is Top Two in points and boards, spreads the floor with three-point shooting, and is an effective passer too. His contract has 1.5 years left, and a trade now would give a team his services while they chase a ring in the next two play-offs. He doesn't have nearly the leverage, so there are likely to be several teams trying to outbid each other. Be sure your posted offers wouldn't get outbid by one of the other teams - there is sure to be an auction for his services.

3. In most cases, when a team has to trade a superstar, they want a rebuild package. Strange as it may sound, the Wolves might be looking for a "reload" package. Taylor, Flip and Adelman all want to "win-now," and the Wolves spent last off-season killing their cap flexibility, adding about $100 million in guaranteed salaries to young vets over the next 3-5 years. I think hey would rather trade for a lesser star and a good second starter than fill up on picks .. especially non-lotto picks.

Can Rubio be had for the right price? My team is the bobcats . Not before the deadline, on draft day or the off season to see how the season goes for you guys. Willing to trade Detroit pick I can see Detroit bad luck and they end up with the 9th pick that goes to us lol. Rubio for the 9th pick and filler? With the success of the back court in Phoenix I would love for a Kemba/ Rubio backcourt.
