Per Source (H)

Twolves have not received an offer from Miami which includes all 3.

1) Young Player = starter
2) FRP
3) Unload Dieng

Miami Heat offers have only included Richardson, which fulfills (1) and FRP (2), but they have not offered to take Dieng unless it’s a 3rd team which Miami would not give Twolves FRP.

No Heat offer has satisfied all 3 minimal conditions Thibs & Taylor have agreed upon internally.

*Thibs & Taylor are not in disagreement.
*Richardson has been offered in at least 2 different trade scenarios.

I'd do fultz+covington for butler.

So apparently no trade tonight. At some point if we refuse to deal with any team in the West (Houston, La Clippers), we are going to have to take Miami's best offer. I can't believe Riley will let half his team continue to be in trade rumors another week.

One of the Heat insiders thinks current deal on the table is Richards, First Round Pick plus Dion Waiters.

Waiters is owed 3 years 36 million but averaged 14 points a game last year. He is apparently hurt/out of shape right now.

Do you know how negotiations work? These things are fluid.

Don't overthink it Glen; take your meds and pull the trigger on a deal for a man who's going to walk anyway

Let’s not get carried away with terms like “great”

It's great given the circumstances we're in. If Eric Gordon & PJ Tucker are our competing offers, then the Heat package is gold.

If we're talking straight value, we're losers of the trade because we're giving up the best player

That's a solid deal if you facilitate dumping Dieng as well. The Wolves get an above-average defender, a young player with some promise (though extremely high bust potential), and unload a toxic contract.

Where has it been reported Fultz/RoCo have been offered? That’d be something I’d definitely do.

I personally, don't love the deal, and I don't think that is an option at the moment. I also think a heat deal could be better and I am not high on thoes rumors at the moment either.

So apparantly the Heat and Wolves made their final offer Sunday. That was the deadline, that is what prompt Jimmy peeps to have a final sit down with Thibs monday. Yesterday Miami went ahead as if Butler is not gonna be traded and begin writing up Winslow extension. It appears Wolves are gonna try to pin Butler in a corner and force him to play.

Considering miami's final offer was likely, Richardson, a protected first, and waiters, jimmy can sit at home and make his presence felt on instagram rather than on a basketball court.

If he refuses to play, than let him wait out free agency for another year.
If he pretends to be hurt, stay away from the team and watch everyone else play while you stew.

No reason for Thibs and company to succumb to these demands, especially when the offers are so crap.

its not reported anywhere, its was just a question if anything that was reported is better than this offer. philly called the wolves after butlers request, so i def think at least covington was on the table. i heard wolves were asking for simmons and of course, elton brand hangs up the phone laughing
