Shake has been a major letdown this season. It would be great to try and get one of those Washington PGs.

Yes. In November, Towns is shooting better than 50/40/90 .. even before tonight.

Absolutly. And connection Mike-KAT seems very good right now. Mike move the ball very well, much better than Ant. We also have to avoid passing the ball to Rudy when he is 5-6 feet from the basket. It turn almost automatically to a TO. I totally understand we have to find Rudy in easy position but need a better selection.

Imo the biggest problem with this team is that we just don't have any confident shooters off the bench, the ball movement is generally pretty good, but if the open look goes to a Nickeil/Shake/TBJ/Anderson/NAZ, they tend to shy away from taking the shot after missing 1-2 in a row, thus leading to passing the ball around just for the sake of it.

As an outsider looking in, I think you guys need a reliable 3rd scorer. Aside from Ant and KAT, who is your 3rd scorer? Can it be McDaniels?

I also notice when Ant sits, the team's level kind of falls down. Ant is highly valuable to the team but there should be an appropriate, reasonable level of play when Ant sits, imo.

Just my 2 cents.

I would say we need a reliable 3pt shooter. We have enough scorers, we need someone who can make open corner threes.

Our third scorer is Naz Reid, but I agree that in future it should be McDaniels. Edwards-Towns-McDaniels is a versatile combination in offense, that offers a lot of flexibility.

Thats, correct. Part of this problem is that Naz Reid is struggling right now because after McLaughlin and McDaniels injuries he plays with Anderson and Milton who are not quickest decision makers and both shoot 20% and 25% from 3pt line. While Reid is at his best when he plays off the catch. Also NAW plays with starters.

I agree with that. Mac D will be our third offense. Another way to improve our offense is take show KAT shoot a bit more 3 ( would like to see him make 7 -9 attempt per night) and MAke to take a leat 1 or 3 corner 3 more ( he shoot more than 50% frim this position).

I always wondered if there was going to be bandwidth for Jaden to get the offensive possessions to grow into the player he could be (Mr Subliminal “Pippen”). I’m anxious for him to get back, and see if he can become a 15+ PPG scorer and grow.

This next week is the test I want to see, against MEM, OKC, UTA, CHA.

Last year we had no trouble getting up for big games, and the same is true this season. That shows we have talent - nobody can overpower us simply because we can’t match their talent. But a true contender takes care of business against the teams they should beat. And this year we started with a tough schedule and did well, but let’s see if we are for real by going 3-1 or 4-0 this next week. That’s where we need to improve over last season.
