NAW4/62 would start at 14.4, just above the MLE.

Garza 2/5.5 from the Celtics (minimum). Fully guaranteed.
Great deal for him and a great situation to be in for him there.
Happy for him way to go Luka.

Will be a miss for us if we don't make good use of that last roster spot.

So the offseason panned out how most people thought it would. Not the most exciting but sometimes doing the boring is the smart way to go

What's wrong with that? Pretty standard for a S&T.

2nd round pick as expect. Plus cash. Is it an actual pick or a top 55 protected that will never convey?

It is a real pick. No protections, though since it is Cleveland's it'll most likely be in the 50's.

2027 Cleveland SRP. Likely going to be a late second, but that's expected.

I think they would get a trade exception too

We didnt have a 2nd rounder in '27 so even getting a late one will be good. Plus a big TPE we are unlikely to use.

Kinda crazy NAW might get the biggest deal this summer of any player to change teams in free agency.
That would have almost certainly been Naz if we hadnt been willing to pay him.

They should but this is what I got on fans fanspo
Nets are unable to complete this trade. Since they are not an over apron team, and they are sending out between $7,500,000 and $29.0M in salary, they are only able to take back $7.5M more than the salary they are sending out.

Nets can only take back $28.5M in salary based on the amount they are sending out.

Cut $9.7M from the Nets incoming trade value to make this trade successful for the Nets.

Win-Win for both right? Porter is a better player (in my opinion) + an unprotected future pick and only cost 20Mil extra. Nuggets save salary to add depth.

An unprotected first 7 years out is a pretty steep price but Denver may have ducked just under the luxury tax with that trade too, barring any free agent splurging. They werent able to dump Zeke Nnaji's deal in that trade though.

Getting Bruce Brown back for the minimum was a coup too.
They just have a huge hole at backup PG to fill now.

Lakers have no center yet.
Will probably be Ayton but Lopez and Capela off the board now.

Return to Minnesota Timberwolves
