^^ with that trade above. We would still have to move many pieces just to get a legal roster. Probably not a real problem to have. Lol

Who is running things over in Golden State? If you can move Klay for Love you should always do it. It's ridiculous they're resisting this. It just goes to show I was right about Jerry West being overrated as a GM, since he's one of the voices against this. It's absurdly dumb. Klay is going to cost them a near max deal soon anyway, which means they'd have to look at moving him (or someone else) anyway.

If this is truly the holdup on the deal, they're morons.

They're raping us on the deal ....I don't know if they're dumb or they are blind.

Why would Golden State show their best offer now? They lose a lot of leverage. That tweet by Marc Spears is obviously a leak from the Warriors.

Because teams are still focused on Lebron/Melo. Once Melo decides and Lebron stays on the Heat (I guess), teams are going to focus on Love. One of the Rockets or the Bulls will enter the Love sweepstakes.

I am not scared of the Rockets because Parsons would have to be included in any deal which means he has to agree to come here. There has been a lot of interest in him already and I doubt he would want to come to Minnesota without having Love. I could be wrong but that is my opinion.

The Bulls are a serious threat though and I really hope Golden State does not over play their own hand.

Yea I give it another week or two, if the Warriors don't step up their offer go to the Rockets or Bulls and get a deal done.

Which is when you put Klay in the offer. You don't do it now when the offers are lowball crap. You provide your lowball offer

Wait sorry, how do Golden State have a chance at Love without Klay being involved? That just seems like a non-starter for me from Minnesota's perspective. What is the offer Lee, Barnes, Future first?

How is that even in the conversation?

I think if GS can get the deal done now by offering Thompson plus Barnes or Green they just need to do it. The risk of missing out on a top 10 player like Love just isn't worth the reward of keeping Barnes or Green.

They may not get a deal done without Klay, but depending on the other offers, nothing wrong with holding him out until necessary and likely keeping Barnes, Green and the pick. Bottomline, GS has the guy Flip wants and that's the trump card. Only other rumored guy he likes as much is Parsons and he's unlikely

Or better yet, instead of doing that, just go to the Rockets or Bulls now.

Love is Plan B or C for them, though.
