We would be winning these games with a real coach.

Really bad performances at the clutch again.
Ricky and Beasley were specially bad.
It should be a crime that McLaughlin is still a two way, I have to say, right now, he is the best pg of the team.
As every game I come here to adore McDaniels, he is the defensive anchor of the team.
Okogie shouldn't be playing a single minute btw.
Also it sucked to hear Toronto commentators, as I decided again to no hear Jim Pete's hate toward Ricky game after game

This loss should seal the deal for Ryan Saunders. How many 4th quarter leads do you have to blow this season? Wolves lead the league with Worst 5-7 record with blown games in the 4th quarter.

Vs the Pacers and Toronto tonight, the Wolves had a lead in the 4th and Ryan Saunders blows it.

You don’t run any action to KAT in the post with Stanley Johnson guarding him.

As great of his shooting Malik Beasley has shown this season, he has Shabazz Muhammad b-ball IQ. He turns the ball over at the worst moments, can’t defend or forces a shot because he wants to be the hero.

Even Jim Pete said Ryan Saunders has blown multiple games this season. The Wolves should have at least 5 more wins this season but basic ineptitude and bad coaching has costed this team.

The last excuse was, “Wait till KAT is back” well he’s back and we have gone 1-5 while continuing to blow 4th Quarter leads.

I cant blame this loss on the kids, even if Edwards had a subpar game. We lost because of Rubio, and towns forcing 3s fouling at the end, when he was carrying us up to then with stellar bully ball.

Honestly, I would taken out Rubio and put in Jmac, we try pick and rolls with Rubio and Raptors smart defence, besides chasing off 3s and doubling Kat, just let Rubios man stay back, he killed us with turn overs and zero offensive threat performance (his hot streak is over it seems, back down to earth). With Jmac in last 2-3 minutes, we could had an extra effect threat attacking the basket, which Jmac was doing to even their bigs.

I will accept your premise for the sake of the conversation. Who is a better option in crunch time?

Was just about to say the same thing. A clear shadow is evident, meaning there's no contact with the stripe.

Layman goes unnoticed playing best ball of the game.

I agree on Layman, and think he deserves Okoge's minutes at this point.

A trade has to be coming right? Even if it's just to free up some space and add a 2nd rounder.

Can anyone tell me what exactly we run on offense that is any type of a set/play that isn't just an offshoot of dribble handoff and penetrate or horns to a pick and pop or screen and roll? Maybe I am too old school, but it just feels like you need some type of structure, especially with a team like this. I get playing like this if you are Golden State or the Lakers with a bunch of seasoned vets who know the game and eachother, but we are so young, we need structure.

You are 100% correct.

The breakdown of Saunders offensive plays looks like this:

99% that same Read And React offense.

1% other player calls.

Ryan is way too easy on opposing defenses.
