I don't think there is much. The ERA in NBA ( more money than ever...) put the star player as untouchable. But how many stars never win a championship because of coach too soft with them?

Ant is young and clever. We are very lucky. Mike say he is very curious and willing to learn so we have to take the opportunity and help him to improve. Sitting him for few min when he loose his focus is not a punition and will help him a lot. Just have to be done the right way. Finch is a good coach, i'm pretty optimistic he can make Ant improve before regular season ended.
