I think Redick makes sense for the Lakers. He's a great basketball mind, plus he has the personality to stand up to LeBron. Plus the UConn coached pulled out of the running. There were no obvious other candidates that I thought made more sense. I don't think Steve Kerr had experience as a coach either and he was a homerun choice for the Warriors.
