I truly don't get Finch. He leaves the starters in with under 4 minutes and a 20 point lead even though it is the 3rd game in 4 days.

This, + Minott and Miller would both benefit from real minutes. Finch makes damn sure to only give them garbage minutes in a 2nd half with a huge lead to start the fourth.

Would you rather see us play our best in January or in April?

Both!

By definition, one has to not be the best

He listened to winforlose say in the first half that we should've been beating them by 20. That means they should've been up by 40 in the 4th quarter before sitting them, as a punishment for their poor effort.

Everybody but Garza in the Garbage time group got to miss a 3pt shot.

It depends on phrasing. Your usage means the best game of the season. My usage means playing to our best potential. Both are correct, mine is just more relevant ;)

That was a good Randle game on the defensive end. I don't remember any plays with obvious lack of effort, he defended his man fairly well, and he even provided good help defense multiple times.

Not a very exciting game. Orlando missing too many pieces to make it interesting. We play seriously and win. Let's see when we will play better teams than the last 3 where we are. I dislike Randle but tonight he did his job.

Anyone impress you guys on Orlando?

I think the correct phrasing (“PHRASING!”) is “Why not, Minott?” :D

I missed the game, but going in, it was one I was worried about. Third game in four nights for us, ORL is a top defensive team, and the team plays hard defense despite all their injuries. I was concerned we would struggle getting the ball up the court, but if we could do that, I thought 90 points might win a game like this. I was happy to see the win! Aaaarooo, indeed!

I also wanted to mention that starting with the loss on Christmas to the Knicks, we have lost three, then won three, then lost three, and now won three.

Next up is MEM - let’s see if we can break the cycle.

By holding ORL to 89 points, we are back up to the #5 DRTG in the NBA.

We face #4, MEM, here on Saturday.
