WCSF Game 5, 5/14: Warriors at Timberwolves, 8:30 pm

To say tonight's game is big is an understatement. But which Wolves team will show up. I will be highly encouraged if we put our foot on their throat early and finish them off tonight. That's my fantasy.

Back to reality.... we piss this one away with a halfhearted effort or shoot a cold 35% from the field and worse from 3.

I don't know how it goes tonight. I'd sure love to believe like I once did that we're a really good consistent team that will take care of business like the really good teams of the past do. I've been burned too often.

We may never have this great a chance to win an NBA Championship right now. Boston, Cleveland etc. are out or close to it. OKC looks like the best team left up 3-2 against Denver. If we put these guys away tonight we're two series away from glory. We may never have another chance this good. The coaches should be telling them that over and over.

Protect the ball, have good ball-movement, very little hero ball except for Ant late if needed and shoot a decent percentage. That's it. If we do that we win.
