Even if you hate KAT’s stray voltage and love Naz’s handle, they are not the same caliber of player.

Absolutely. Especially since whatever Naz gives you from the bench would be missed.

KAT's toughness on the boards shouldn't be overlooked. Averaged 9.5 rebounds per game in the series as the second rebounder (Gobert 11.0) was a huge difference-maker.

Towns numbers this series

28.3 MPG, FG .531, 3P .529, FT .889, 9.5 RPG, 2.5 APG, 1.8 TOV, 19.3 PPG

And he got tasked with the dismal assignment of trying to guard KD.

Agree and the frustrating part was he played great for most of the game but still got a couple silly fouls at the end with 5 total. Also, can't understand why he pass up that last shot when time was running out.

For sure but I wish his upcoming contract wasn’t for over 50/per year, it’s not my money but it’s really better for construction of a team if only the A1 guy was on a huge contract like that (and that is Ant) and also for being able to afford and keep together our important bench pieces in future seasons (Naw, Naz and slomo/morris)
I think the wolves depth is the clear advantage they will have over other teams this playoffs.

The way I see it I’d rather get someone younger Jalen Johnson? (and picks) for Kat AND get to keep Naw and Naz over keeping Kat and losing Naw and Naz.

“Shout-out Momma Edwards.”

KAT’s a good guy. He’s goofy. But he’s a good guy.

Thanks for posting, Klomp. That’s just great. So fun to see the interact.

Those two sincerely love each other like brothers - they respect each other and can tease each other a little too.

I'm honestly struggling to remember a pair of team leaders quite like this. It's pretty unique.

That was funny as hell watching them do their own thing and ignoring the media.

I love the ITW. You see those two love each other when ANT clearly stated KAT being the best player in the team, but should reduce his number of fouls :). ANT say in another ITW that he was exchanging lots of message with Rudy. He also say that he really love Byte Byte :).
This is what leader do, building a team around him. And he is only 22... This team is really close to each other and it works. No big ego, playing for each others, giving all efforts on defense side.
Hat to coach Finch and his team too.

I hope Finch's health doesn't mess things up for the Wolves. Coaches do matter.
