Is it possibly sign of things to come for our new not so rich owners?

I think I blew my anger load too early tonight. I'm all tapped out now.

I'll admit, it's not great optics, especially with new owners coming in. However, I'd rather trade down and out of the draft as a back-to-back WCF team that can bring back most of its team than as a 19-win lottery team like Kahn did.

If the owners are selling off roster building assets for cash, they better not ask for public financing for a new arena. BS

New ownership showed their true colors! We are not keeping Naz and Randle.

Yeah, indicates that Minnesota is staying under the second apron, unless I am misunderstanding the rules.

I was thinking about this too....probably can't approve the trade until after July 1?

Not a good look for new owners imo. There had to be an offer for a moderately/higher protected 1st for the 31. Seems strange

I forget, does the cash we get have salary cap implications? Or is it just cash in the owners pocket?

Yup. I don’t understand this. Even if a Penda or a Fleming has a 25% chance of being a rotational player, the more swings you take on guys like that, the more likely you are to hit.

I would guess way less than 25% of 2nd round picks become rotation players.

Youre right we should trade them all away for cash why even try.

Lanier and Kam Jones gone. Last player I liked was Jones. Raynaud or Brea are my targets now.

Nobody is trading a first round draft pick (that would convey) for #31 in this draft.

You get the best possible second round pick and trade them for three crappy ones?

What an absolute waste of a valuable asset in Pick #31. Do Owners really not understand how poor these trades for cash appear to the fans?

Sorry, Tim...you're **** the bed in this Draft.
