Do NOT want Beasley here.

We need genuine shooting.

They will offer him 12-15mil contract, which is out of reach for us. But on the other hand, they won't try to overpay Beasley, and might still trade for Edwards.

Ah this crazy time of year. When more than MLE but less than Max automatically means 18-20 to some. How about 12 to 14-15. i agree. hawks offer might be that.

The only thing about Harris is, he's already had the time on court to prove where his ceiling is. Starting and or with 30 minutes he's not a 20 ppg player. More like 13 ppg and that was while Nets had injured players and he really could have had room to do more. So I don't think any teams should go overboard, but if you can feed him more shots he's going to make more then most. His attempts never got much higher than 5 threes/g.

I’ll take Paul next season, without a doubt. Paul will be running the show.

You have your right to be wrong. I don't think Booker and Ayton will be turning the team over to Paul. Also Paul with his bone on bone knees has been living on borrowed time and it's about to expire.

You have your right to be both overconfident and wrong, as is your wont.

Ayton’s going to play PG now?!

Paul’s game is not predicated on athleticism. He’s the most in-control player in the league.

Holiday has NEVER been better than Paul.

Good luck.

You have your right to be wrong.

Not trying to argue.

Just wanted to be first in line to disagree with your crap take.

Seriously though besides Holiday being a huge upgrade from Bledsoe there's also this factor. Trading for Holiday likely comes with signing the 2X MVP to a supermax deal.

Windhorst: 'A Lot Of Warmth In Milwaukee Right Now' On Giannis Antetokounmpo Supermax
NOV 16, 2020 11:39 PM

Giannis Antetokounmpo will be offered the supermax extension by the Milwaukee Bucks at the start of free agency, which could be the most impactful NBA storyline both this offseason and for 2021.

The Bucks already improved their roster by trading for Jrue Holiday.

"I wonder how Giannis feels as he's looking at this right now, you know, what he's thinking about," said Brian Windhorst in a podcast recorded before the Holiday trade. "Because he has about a month to decide on his supermax. I think he's going to decide a lot of sooner. And I think there's a lot of warmth in Milwaukee right now. I'll just leave it at that."

Many teams have been waiting to see what Antetokounmpo does this offseason before being too aggressive now in hopes he becomes available in 2021. If Antetokounmpo signs the supermax with the Bucks, those teams could quickly pivot elsewhere during this offseason.

"Well, first off, there's a whole bunch of teams holding their 2021 game plans waiting for news out of Milwaukee," said Windhorst. "Okay? And let me just say my feelings on this, because I don't want to get in trouble, my feelings on what may happen there have changed in the last two months. Okay? And were I teams planning on Giannis being available. I might develop my backup plan a little bit quicker."

I love these news as long as a player ends up in East, and no MIN RFAs is mentioned

Unfortunately, Brooklyn is just going to offer above the MLE and keep him.

Forward free agents to target: Joe Harris, Danilo Gallinari, Davis Bertans, Christian Wood, Jermaine Grant, Paul Milsap, Jae Crowder, Serge Ibaka, Gordon Hayward.

Many are not realistic. Hayward might not even opt out. Players like Milsap and Ibaka will probably go to win now teams. Grant will probably end up back in Denver. But, unless we pull off a trade, I feel like one of these guys will be a Wolf.

Would Milsap come here for a year because of the wide open PF spot? Any chance Denver doesn’t pay Grant because they have Porter Jr waiting in the wings?

This has to be the best guard rotation we’ve ever had even without considering Edwards potential. Hopefully we can bring back JMac as well as insurance for injuries.

There are lots of targets out there I free agency and trades hopefully we can find a starter or two and make a run.

Yeah, Kevin Martin was the best MIN acquisition at SG. Rubio was the best PG at PG (DLo played only 12 games for us). Now we have both DLo + Rubio, and Edwards. Possibly Beasley, and much improved Okogie and Culver. And ideally JMac. It sounds too good.

I would guess Culver, Evans and Spellman get packaged for a win now player.

Wolfson was mentioning that the Wolves have been interested in Tucker last night but those hopes faded away after the Rubio trade. He would be such a good replacement for that James Johnson role. Same competitive attitude and even more impactful player. He would be so good for Edwards and McDaniels.

If trade Layman, Evans and Spellman for PJ Tucker, it will be close to perfect balance!

Meanwhile, I am wondering how Wiseman and Green could co-exist, since none of them can hit 3s. I would trade Wiggins for someone who can ht 3s and defend.

P.S. It looks like Klay Thompson is down with a serious injury. Really sad news...

This is depressing.

Klaymation is done for the season, his career is in jeopardy at this point. Also looking like Wiggins wont get that ring. I thought everyone was sleeping hard on Golden State but yea, it will be a struggle now.

I'd be very happy with that. Would save Houston some $ as well.
