I can reconcile Dillingham getting minutes easily. He'll be the backup PG. Morris and McLaughlin if they come back will hardly get a minute. I also see TSJ getting 12 or more minutes a game. He's that good.

Expected but it still sucks. As much as people loved to whine about his flaws during the season, losing Anderson will hurt.

Yeah, I honestly believe that Joe Ingles or Batum is a perfect way to make transition from Anderson to young Miller/Minott/TSJ. Batum used to be one of the best pnr passers at wings position

Depending on who they replace him with I agree. And I pointed out his flaws routinely. Doesn't mean he doesn't have strengths that will be missed

Tristan Vukcevic anyone? As a 3rd developmental big I would be game. Would still need a vet backup to Rudy.

What reason can convince a young development big to get here as 4th big in rotation?

No pressure, time to develop. Rudy old. Naz or Kat likely gone next year. Completely different skill set than Gobert and Jesse Edwards.

People want more firepower off the bench, he would provide that. I have others id rather get, but he's an interesting fit

Can't imagine Batum wanting to leave Philly if they want him back now that they signed PG.

Basically just leaves Ingles and Slomo at the top of the list.

Crowder, Justin Holiday, Beasley, Gary Harris, Fournier, Prince, Cam Payne, Osman, McDermott, Delon Wright, and Watanabe are about the only names I could see taking a minimum who are worth it. Some might be a little far fetched.

Kai Jones, Jt Thor, Bitazde, Kj Martin, Kira Lewis, THT, Kessler Edwards any of these guys worth a look?

Too bad we have no chance to get someone like Deanthony Melton, or Simone Fontecchio. They'd both be really nice fits. Imo.

I'd add McDermott to the list of hopeful with Ingles and Slomo. Batum as well(but doubt he'll come). Justin Holiday looked good enough for Denver at times.

Why no Jordan Nwora? Another guy that can legit score. He and Minott behind McDaniels gives two diverse options at backup 3.

I would love it if you are right. If RD and TSJ force Finch to put them in the rotation, not because of a mandate from above or for the sake of some narrative, but by simply being too good not to use.

Joe Ingles seems to me is cooked...
"...I want to compliment him, we all expected that he would take up the game, we have prepared the plan race on him, we have doubled. And, as usual, he did what he wanted..."

Miller and Shannon are ready to step in. I'm OK with Kyle being gone.

I think Batum already said he isn't coming back. He could be a long shot, but has ties to Rudy and if he wants to play for a winner at this point in his career, there are few good spots left. Plus as a 10-year vet he gets 3.3 million - Minn only has to pay 2.1. Not bad money to ring chase.

That being said, I think Delon Wright makes more sense.

I see Shannon as too good not to use and I see Dilly as having Sky High potential. It seems that Kyle is gone so that leaves minutes for Miller and or Shannon. May the better man win. Who's going to stand in the way of Dilly? Morris or McLaughlin? No way.

I appreciate optimism, but neither RD or TSJ have proven anything yet. Plenty of good college players bust in the NBA. Plenty more don’t live up their potential. I am not saying either will underperform or bust, but I am saying you are counting your chickens not just before they hatch, but before Summer League.

I've actually been one of the most pessimistic of our posters regarding Dillingham. Of course he hasn't proven anything yet. However as a player chosen 8 overall in the draft you really expect McLaughlin or Morris to keep him on the bench after Connelly has already said he will play. Stop that nonsense. If Kyle is gone who do you expect to take his minutes. The majority of them will go to Miller or Shannon.

He did say that. There was people questioning it because I believe he's playing for France this summer. Maybe Rudy can convince him to go 1 more year. Or he may go back to Philly.
