What is the $$ difference between the roster spot charge and vet minimum this late in season ?

Probably minimal, but this has Taylor written all over it.

Unless Jimmy comes back before playoffs the Nuggets are going to overtake us. They’re completely worn out.

Yeah, you can tell everyone is exhausted. We've needed heroic performances to beat Atlanta and Dallas.

I second this.

Utah played well tonight, but it's the first game in quite a while we've played that good, and we've had some real stinkers recently.

Also, this Minny team really pushed the Jazz last time around without both Butler and Towns, and Teague getting tossed late. You guys could have handed us an L in that game if a few things had gone differently.

If Butler was healthy, this team would be a 3 seed and likely to win a first round series IMO. I know it sucks when you have a big game like tonight and your team has a bad game, but this Minny team is better than a lot of you guys want to admit right now. Try to keep your heads up. Regardless of what happens in the playoffs this year, this team has a bright future.
New York said Mitchell wasn't the guy you trade the sink for, then they traded it for Mikal, lol.

How does this have Glen Taylor "written all over it"? Why should Tom Thibodeau sign someone when he obviously wouldn't play them anyways?

I'm still convinced that the first steps are two things to do: Trade Teague and sign a better PG who can fit with this team...Don t fill the cap salary with Wiggins extension and trade him try to earn the max available...

Next step is rebuild over Butler Towns and improve the bench...

That s all for the Next season...
"...I want to compliment him, we all expected that he would take up the game, we have prepared the plan race on him, we have doubled. And, as usual, he did what he wanted..."

Like twenty thousand dollars, the theory is hilariously ludicrous.

Listened to thibs presser:

we started 17-11 midway through and we lost it. Lets see what happened:

1. Crawford came in for bjelly then we went to more of the ball in jamals hands while getting nothing defensively.
2. Dieng comes in for kat right after. Then we lose the game.

This isnt rocket science.

I dont know how thibs can stagger jamal and dieng into minutes without taking a loss on the scoreboard. Maybe take wiggs out first for crawford? We cant play the starters 40+ every night, the long season and minutes look like they are getting to the legs of the 3 guys that dont miss games.

I'm not even mad. Without Jimmy we're not of close of being a playoff team. It might come down to the very last game vs. Denver for us.

Maybe for the final two games, but it is looking somewhat unlikely, at this point.

That is disgusting

Plenty of guys who have been signed after beginning of season and helped other teams, fire the scouts if they "don't see" anyone

Clips stayed afloat all year by bringing in players nobody heard of and giving them a role

The Spurs have been doing that well for years too.

Unless your name is Derrick Rose / former Bulls player for Thibs you're not getting any minutes from the bench... So, doesn't really matter to add anyone.

Was Noah or Deng available? No.

Because Taylor has a history or penny pinching when it comes to this roster in the past and was reluctant to sign Rose just this season because he wasn’t sure it would help.

Like how our 4th rated offense is a problem? I find that hilariously ludicrous.

I wish we had Trey Burke who is poor man Teague. And Troy Williams could defend and hit open 3s

Is Thibs fault if he accepted a title and he isnt making the calls. Like Wiggins extension. There was rumors that was Taylor who wanted Wiggins extension, which fits the story about Taylor wanting to talk with Wiggins before to sign. Still being Thibs fault. You are the GM or you arent, if you accepted the title you make the calls. If not, quit (at the GM title at least).

Yea he should just quit and break his contract and give back tens on millions of dollars. Completely sane logic.
