This is hilarious. NW is the most stacked division now. Gonna be a WAR

People are freaking out about the Thunder, but Westbrook, George and Anthony can all opt out after this season. They leave and you're running the offense through Steven Adams and Andre Roberson. Oh yeah, and their draft pick next year likely comes to us.

They will be really good, but I wonder if these same people questioning how the Wolves offense will work, will do the same for the Thunder? They are all better with the ball in their hands. Only actual floor spacer is Paul George. All have higher usage rates than any Wolves player.

Plus you're talking about three wings, not two wings and a big.

Westbrook is a wing?

Got to thank Flip again. I know its they are not on the same level of value right now but still what Flip got for Love was fantastic. I dont think any star caliber player has been traded for as good a haul since. Maybe Isiah Thomas just because they got Kyrie back which is great value. All the other stars have been traded for far lower value pieces.

I would flip that around, obviously Cleveland got great value for Irving. A player almost as good, a very good role player and a lottery pick.

I personally believe this trade has made OKC a much better team for the moment. I had the Wolves ahead of OKC. Now I have OKC ahead of the Wolves.

I am really concerned about Thomas health, wouldn't be surprised if he's not the same going forward but if he does come back 100 percent it will be a good deal.

I had OKC ahead of the Wolves before this trade tbh... Now, they look even better but nothing is guaranteed...
Is all about how they are going to fit together... Same for us.

Thomas IMO based on play not on age or health is easily a better player than Irving. Than the Cavs get Crowder and a likely high lottery pick thrown in. With a healthy Thomas the trade was highway robbery for Cleveland. If Thomas takes a little while to get up to speed still a nice win for Cleveland. If Thomas is truly damaged goods that will never be the same. A high lottery pick and Crowder is about par for the course when you are forced to trade a star player.

I know some did have OKC ranked higher, but I'm more optimistic about our team than you.

OKC will be scary good. Westbrook and PG13 are not ideal facilitators but both played as main ballhandlers in the past so they will figure out. New York assembled a pretty bad roster in terms of contracts. Noah, Hardaway, Kanter. I wonder if we had a chance with Dieng, Aldrich and OKC pick.

Westbrook is a wing?
Meant to type perimeter players.....but really, Westbrook plays more like a wing than a point guard anyways.

A wing that averages 10 assists per game. Man that triple double thing is crazy. PGs don't get ten boards a game and wings don't get ten assists per game.

Re: ***Around The League Off-Season Edition***
Why does our team have to have the best roster it's ever had in the year the Western conference is at an all time high in terms of competition?!
The games are going to be so fun to watch, but Wolves can't take any games for granted, the West is going to be brutal

We could really be in a struggle to get the 7th-8th seed.

Melo isn't a game changer anymore, I don't get why everybody ist freaking out about OKC now. He's a liability on defense, an inefficiant scorer, athletically on the decline and a mediocre fit (at best) with George and Westbrook.

I'm a huge fan of the wolves adding Butler and had us ahead of OKC but Anthony is still one big strong impossible to guard guy. Acting like he's nothing imo is ridiculous.
