Curry has scored 16 straight. The way the Warriors screen for him is something to behold.

Warriors blow out Nuggets in OT. Joker with what will be one of his worst shooting performances he will have all season.

The Nuggets need to learn how to play defense.

Welp, I'm impressed with the Warriors tonight, they went nuts to close this game. They shut me up good, Curry is still just insane.

LOL here we go again with the "Who knows what would have happened in the playoffs if Curry didn't get hurt." They were cooked man, maybe they push it to 6 games.

You are probably right that Denver is more talented, but GSW has continuity and Denver does not. Add to that Denver’s biggest issue last year was defense, and that is clearly still an issue. Denver needs time to figure stuff out. This is only game 1, if this was game 60 you would probably have been proven correct.

Yep, exactly....

Honestly, best thing this first week will do though is keep the pressure off of us. NOBODY is talking about us and probably won't be for a while nationally, which has actually been a really good thing for us in the past.

Having 5 of the next 7 on national TV could see this change though....

Great offensive performance from GSW. But overall, the defense on both side was really poor. I think our team much more complete than those 2, play making apart. They pass the ball and did not turn it over much which something we struggle to do last year.

I think Denver will step their defense up. Maybe not to OKC or Minnesota level but it will be better than what we saw last night. Jokic also looked out of shape to me, as the seaosn goes on and he gets back to form, I think the Nuggets will take off.

Jokic had a bunch of 3s go in and out. One of them stays down we have a different result. Joker might not shoot that low a percentage again for the rest of the season, but of course Gordon won't shoot that well again the rest of the season.

Nuggets as a team had 14 FTAs in an OT game.

Butler: 8 FTAs on 15 shots.

Jokic/Murray combined: 6 FTAs on 43 shots.

Miami leading Memphis 86-47 at the half. Not a typo.

Well, we won't have to worry about overtime making us miss the start of our game...

I wonder how much Memphis is regretting firing Tyler Jenkins.
Gave up 146 to Miami tonight.

Plus they traded the wrong guy when they moved Bane instead of Ja Morant.

5 minutes to go in the half. Joker doesn't have a point. He doesn't even have a shot.

Return to Minnesota Timberwolves
