There is nothing for OKC to dislike when the contract is structured like this. If he fails, which is likely, it barely hurts them. If he succeeds even minimally, then they have him locked up on a good contract for the next three years.
If he came back to the Wolves at this number, I’d be happy for the asset play, as an inexpensive wager on a future trade asset.
