I like all three of Vando, Reid, and McDaniles. I still think we need a starting defensive big, Naz can be the backup 5, Jaden could get big minutes at 3, and Vando could get spot minutes at backup 4. If we can't bring anyone in I think we could roll with our current bigs but I think we would be in trouble. Still may be a playoff team but we will be fighting all season to make a play in.

DLo has been better lately in the sense of not forcing things and play more in the flow.

But that means being the third scoring option with Ant developing in the next years, and the second ball handler, while being a kind of a liability in defense.

That is too much for a max player. He will be the 32th best paid player in the league next season, and looking all the list prior to him, only wiggs and kemba are at the same level.
He may look like an idiot and talk like an idiot but don't let that fool you. He really is an idiot.

We’ll see what the future holds for DLo. Have to give him an entire offseason with Finch and hopefully a full year with a healthy Ant/Towns.

What’s interesting is that DLo is actually eligible for an extension this offseason. I see no way that happens, but will he be upset if we don’t even negotiate? And if things don’t quite go as planned, he’ll be an expiring contract after next year. The pick we’re about to give up is just a sunken cost. Hopefully DLo lives up to the contract, but if not, we’re only tied to him for two more years.

Holmes strikes me as Vanderbilt, slightly bigger, with better finishing inside. A good player. No range on his jumper. Is that type of upgrade worth shipping off Beasley? Or tacking a first round pick onto Rubio so we can trade him into space? As others have said, we’re up against the lux line, so I don’t see us even using an exception unless we can offload some salary first.

You all do know Richaun is unrestricted right. I believe you have your full mid-level exemption which is around 9.3M a year. You have new owners that want to win.

I love Richaun’s heart but he would be a great fit on the T-Wolves.

He is a very good pick and roll player which fits well with Russell. He has great hands to finish, and has a little push shot from the free throw line he hits at a very high rate. He has to be paired with a center that can play on the perimeter and your team has that guy. He is also a high IQ player that defends the pick and roll well.

Weaknesses:
* Cant stretch the floor
* Slightly undersized against the biggest centers.
