I think he's taken a big step forward this year as far as playmaking goes. He's averaging 5 assists so he's already doing some of it. Remember, he's only 22 years old.

Connelly getting Monte was such an underrated deadline move. He fits in perfectly and we desperately needed him. I know it's unlikely but I'd love to see them keep him.
