Let’s make a list, that way when jimmy is kicking ass you’ll be forced to apologize on record when this team is cruising in 3rd or 4th and arguably playin the best basketball in Timberwolves history. I’m going to set the list up and make a thread soon.
Team “Jimmy Is The Devil”:
Minimus
MPLSFONZ33
Klomp
Domejandro
Shrink
Mercgold3
Team “Big 3 for 2nd - 4th place”:
WalkWithMe
KGdaBom
Johnnyvann840
D1SGTUNTL3D
Team “not sure yet”:
Calilinks
Mod Edit: I am pretty sure you are halfway joking but lets refrain from labeling posters who disagree with Jimmy's actions as sissies.
Walk with Me we have been in sink on Butler and Thibs, but we depart a bit here. What Butler did yesterday was absolutely inappropriate IMO in every way. First he calls ESPN in. That was wrong. Then he has a choreographed/orchestrated temper tantrum at practice and is a complete Ahole to his teammates and management. If he is pissed off about his contract the Wolves really had no option to renegotiate his contract this year. As long as they are willing to max him next year he should have no beef with the team. To me his presentation yesterday was him trying to force the team to trade him rather than honor his contract. It's fine for Jimmy to request a trade. It's not fine for him to do what he did yesterday to force one. I lost so much respect for him yesterday, mostly because it was a prearranged staged event. I could forgive easier if it was just an emotional outburst. Now today maybe he is trying to make amends. I'm ok with second chances also. I can still forgive him and hope he remains with the team, but if he remains with the team while continuing to act like a total Dick he will have pushed me too far where I would rather lose without him than win with him. HE WENT WAY TOO FAR.
You can put me in Team Big 3.
