Let’s make a list, that way when jimmy is kicking ass you’ll be forced to apologize on record when this team is cruising in 3rd or 4th and arguably playin the best basketball in Timberwolves history. I’m going to set the list up and make a thread soon.

Team “Jimmy Is The Devil”:
Minimus
MPLSFONZ33
Klomp
Domejandro
Shrink
Mercgold3

Team “Big 3 for 2nd - 4th place”:
WalkWithMe
KGdaBom
Johnnyvann840
D1SGTUNTL3D

Team “not sure yet”:
Calilinks

Mod Edit: I am pretty sure you are halfway joking but lets refrain from labeling posters who disagree with Jimmy's actions as sissies.

Walk with Me we have been in sink on Butler and Thibs, but we depart a bit here. What Butler did yesterday was absolutely inappropriate IMO in every way. First he calls ESPN in. That was wrong. Then he has a choreographed/orchestrated temper tantrum at practice and is a complete Ahole to his teammates and management. If he is pissed off about his contract the Wolves really had no option to renegotiate his contract this year. As long as they are willing to max him next year he should have no beef with the team. To me his presentation yesterday was him trying to force the team to trade him rather than honor his contract. It's fine for Jimmy to request a trade. It's not fine for him to do what he did yesterday to force one. I lost so much respect for him yesterday, mostly because it was a prearranged staged event. I could forgive easier if it was just an emotional outburst. Now today maybe he is trying to make amends. I'm ok with second chances also. I can still forgive him and hope he remains with the team, but if he remains with the team while continuing to act like a total Dick he will have pushed me too far where I would rather lose without him than win with him. HE WENT WAY TOO FAR.

You can put me in Team Big 3.

No it can’t be. Guess who Rachel Nichols named as her source?

It’s obvious the other players are lying.

Pretty sure the meeting did take place if they called off practice

Got it.

As long as you keep winning and the company (i.e. team and NBA) keep making money, yes. Have you lived in the real world yet? Why do you think Jordan and Kobe could be as big of jerks as they wanted to other players? Why do you think guys like Rodman kept getting signed? It was about winning and making money. When that stopped, they were no longer wanted.

Please stop putting Butler in the same class as Jordan and Kobe.
Thanks

I am not putting him in the same category. They are examples of results being more important than personality. If having Jimmy gets the Wolves 50+ wins even though everyone hates him, they would sign him long term right now. They simply have to decide if his talent ( and he is a very good all-nba player) is worth the other crap.

It's a reply from Gorgui. Easiest way to find it is from:@GorguiDieng

That reporter also got a reply from Crawford yesterday.

There is so much tension in the air (no pun AirP) around the Timberwolves, that either they will mop the floor with the Bucks tomorrow or fold like a piece of tissue paper.

No, I don't know him. I wouldn't want to know him. He probably wouldn't spit on me (or you for that matter), if I was on fire. All I know is that he got his ass handed to him time and time again in the playoffs by Clint Capela. Owned and destroyed.

I forget....just how much owning and destroying did Jimmy do in that series?

Or they will come together in an us against the world type situation. It's what was done when I went through the military and it worked out well. Our TIs made us hate them but it brought our group together and made us work together as a team and in the end, our TIs told us that was their plan and everyone was fine with it because it worked so well.

If this magically all comes together, Minnesota just secured themselves a 30 for 30 on this off-season fifteen years from now.

Lolol these call outs are probably the best thing to happen to this franchise behind KG, winning the Kat lottery and trading for Jimmy
