Sounds like a 7' version of Glen Davis...
I'd be okay taking a gamble in the second round.... even on a kiss-ass.

I don't think he's got the stamina to play more than 20 minutes tops right now, worth our mid 2nd pick at best

I agree on Whiteside being more coveted than people think. Detroilet is exactly the kind of team that gambles on him. I wouldn't be surprised at Sac, GS, or the LAC either. I think it's a tossup between he and Monroe as to who is the next big off the board after Cousins.
Udoh is going to slip a little because of his age, Aldrich maybe too because of his ugly ass jump shot.
If someone gambles on Whiteside I don't think it'll be Detroit. Udoh has a few more years, but also has substantial upside since he hasn't been playing as many years. Agree on Aldrich, ugliest shot and lowest risk/reward in the draft.

Pittman: "Minnesota is one of the places I really want to come to, because I've got a relationship with the Babcock family. He's like family...I know he'll take care of me."
That quote and his other one about Minneapolis make me really like this guy. Remember how we were drooling over Garret Siler last Summer League? This guy is the type of bruiser we need.
My favorite part of his interview was how he realized that the interviews and practice sessions are also about character. I know that was also brought up in Kahn's interview, so you know thats important to him.

Re: Operation DMC: Prospect Thread II
Bradley "injured it in Oklahoma City in 3 on 3 drill. Stepped on another player's foot going for a rebound. MRI and X-Rays are negative."
"It doesn't make sense to risk Avery getting hurt and not playing in summer league," according to Butler. "We're thinking long term here."
Bradley had workouts scheduled with Memphis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Toronto, Minnesota and San Antonio. Will still visit and meet with Raptors.

I'd bet the team will take Cousins, but all I have is monopoly money. Anyone want to take my bet?

I'll bet you the last remaining shred of my sanity that they don't pass up Cousins for Johnson

My goal is still to turn:
# 4 + either Jefferson or Love
into
Cousins or Favors or Randolph + Johnson

Re: Operation Beast: Prospect Thread II
From what I can tell, reading from most of your responses in this thread, are the TWolves looking to fill the SF and Center spots with the #4 and #16 picks?
It would seem that the TWolves have the option of going Cousins ( with #4 ) and whoever is left with George, Babbitt, Henry and Hayward with the #16 pick.
or
Go with the Johnson ( with #4 ) and then a Center like Whiteside, Aldrich or Orton ( assuming that they fall to the #16 pick ).
I'm not here to troll....I'm just curious as to what you would think and whether my assumptions are somewhat accurate.

That's accurate, but the majority prefers we do the former scenario. If the latter scenario occurs, then some PF's, especially Udoh may be in play
Caveat: We don't expect to stay at 4 and 16, so our projections are not ripe yet.

I would like to get 2 wings, or Cousins and a wing(preferably Paul George).
