Everyone nationally gushing about the Thunder offseason. It's coming out that "the plan" (via IH's skills coach) is to play Holmgren and Hartenstein together. While I understand it, I think that it takes away some of the advantage that the Thunder had last year with their small, switchable lineup. Same with Memphis adding Edey and possibly playing him and Jackson together.

Give me a Towns and Gobert frontcourt over both of those.

That's rough. Jalen has made 10.6M over his 5 year career and is getting dumped for "roster flexibility".

While his little brother is on a 131M contract.

Jalen McDaniels salary dumped to the Spurs and is going to be waived.
The move will get the Kings comfortably under the lux, they would have been just over it with him on the roster.

We don't really have a roster spot to offer him if we wanted to reunite him with his brother.
