From watching the game Miller doesn't stand out as being all that bad. His defense has been fine, he's leading the team in rebounds, and he should have a few assists as well (if anyone could hit an open 3).

He misses his man in defense, missed FTs badly, doesn't move the ball

I'm just not seeing the defensive issues and he's moved the ball to create open 3s that have been missed. I'll agree that the FT misses aren't great.

So bad. Our current 14th man on the roster is better than him.

I still don't understand why Minnesota picked up his option. Absolute sunk-cost fallacy, he stinks big time.

I'd guess it's in hopes that he might "figure it out" at some point. If he doesn't, he's a minimum salary player, which is what he'd be replaced with anyways. If he does figure it out, he represents good value on his minimum contract.

39-31 for the 2-0 Wolves and Pistons. 70 total points in a half is just odd.

If we can keep the turnovers under control in the second half this should be a win.

Nice block by Le Berricade should have led to a Dillingham basket negated by an illegal screen.

The question becomes if we can run up the score enough in these four games to move on. A win today by a bare minimum of 10 points should be the goal.

Joan with a nice block regardless of the ticky tack foul call.

So fun watching Joan. He defends for entire possessions. Had one where he contested a perimeter shot, then bolted into the paint to grab the rebound and then an immediate outlet to TJ.

He just understands how to play - and has an amazing motor.

I mean he's matching their PGs step for step racing up and down the floor.

Rob with a brilliant pass on the inbound gets Miller a wide open lane to the basket. Miller gets blasted but also gets the foul.
From a fundamental standpoint it is better for a man to have nothing but be under the protection of Jesus Christ than for him to have everything he could ever want yet be completely without.

Yep. Physical tools ans effort are there. Now he needs to understand team defense concepts. For instance, he did not know Gap concept when he was drafted.
