Towns has always been a good post scorer. The problem is this year, he seems to be getting called for everything. He has been discourage from posting up because it's an offensive foul or he gets hacked and no call. He needs to find a way to get his moves off without getting called, earlier in his career he got a lot more freedom to make those post moves.
It's weird that he can't figure it out this season though. He need to go back and relearn some moves IMO, touch up his post game and get it back, we need it. I really wish KG would come in and do some tutoring.
I don't know if it's the weight loss, but he just seems so much weaker this season. Like, he has no power in his lower body. Add in that he's double pumping everything, throwing elbows every which way- it's like he's scared to get blocked. So weird.
