Disgraceful gamble by Anthony Edwards, why would he sellout his team by doing that? He could have just defended Gordon Hayward, but instead he made a lazy play on the pass which led to a wide open LaMelo Ball three.

We are not going to do anything worthwhile playing like this. We simply cannot afford it. The good teams are operating at a certain level of quality we are a far cry away. HAve to be consistent, have to play EVERY team hard,we flip flop.
When luck shuts the door skill comes in through the window.

We could have avoided the defensive breakdown if we could have played a swarming switch defense. Unfortunately we have nowhere near the personnel to allow this.

Also Gobert you're 7'2 how you gonna let Gordon Hayward grab a rebound over you, out a body on someone bro.

Embarrassing loss.

Since the DLO trade the Wolves have been absolutely crushed in the final 3-4 minutes of games. Dallas almost made a historic comeback, the Wizards did make a historic comeback, and the Hornets dominated crunch time.

Mistakes, fouls, cold shooting and careless play lose us another game late.

Really disappointing.

Can't carry the load on both sides.

Cause we only have one scorer in the lineup. Things will change with KAT back.

This is why you continue to build a team organically vs a splash move. In no way were they ready to make a win now move.

More and more likely they’ll miss the playoffs and not be able to do anything in the offseason.

We have no hustle on this team. Could really use some motor.

Can't carry the load on both sides.

Ignoring that Anthony Edwards was also garbage offensively tonight, that play absolute NOTHING to do with "carrying" defensively. He shot the gap on a pass that had zero chance of being stolen when he should have just stepped back and played normal defense. Even being a complete matador on defense would have been better than that pathetic decision he made.

Don't worry we picked up a top 10 player man. We'll be good. He'll deliver any day now.

I'm losing faith in the Wolves chances of holding on until KAT comes back. The next 5-6 games might come close to ending the teams season.

He was our best option on the floor tonight as he has been every night since DLo was traded. There is no back up option besides trying to make your offense run smoothly with only two shooters on the floor (including Edwards).

Yeah I agree it was a bad gamble. Pretty sure no one was in position on that play tho.

He is not the sole problem, but those denying he is a part of the problem is kidding themselves. What's worse is he'll likely be fired at some point because Connelly put all his eggs in the Gobert trade.
