Right. And remember, Ant only looked good in the INITIAL rounds of the Olympics. When we started playing decent competition, he really fell off, and the vets used their experience to pound out those wins.

And is it taboo to suggest that NAW may have DEVELOPED under Finch?

I don’t know if you can attribute that to the coach. Certainly playing more center, and having Jalen Brunson on the team is going to decrease anyone’s turnovers, regardless of the coach.

Moreover, when I look at the last six years, first four with MIN, three are the highest assist numbers too, so his ATO ratio was best in the 2022-23 season under Finch.

Finally, his TO’s the last six years have been 3.2, 3.1, 3.0, 2.9, 2.7, 2.6. That could be natural maturation.

NAWs usage has been through the roof and he's playing the role he's supposed to be playing SG.

He's not having to do the BS I try to setup the offense garbage he initially had to do here.

Finch isn't perfect but he isn't exactly given the conventional tools to succeed.

I think we could probably win a few more games with a better coach if that coach existed (which is possible but unless it's a college or foreign coach I think unlikely).

Finch isn't the first one who needs to be fired.

That's a management issue not a coaching one.

Agreed. Finch has plenty of things to be critical of but the poor guy is trying to cobble together a functional rotation with no legitimate ball handler and distributor.

Venting on Finch about this is equivalent to yelling at your waitress because the food tastes like ****. If this team had a 25-year old Mike Conley, we'd give OKC all they could handle.

Mr. Connelly...you have some work to do and it's not going to be easy. Or cheap.
