P.S note how many of those high end games happened in the last 12-18 months. The older players get towards their prime, the better their numbers tend to look if they are on what I would call the superior player track. Fringe NBA or fringe rotation players do not always (or perhaps not even typically,) follow this trend.

I would like to se Naz as a starter whih mean trading Randle. But if his defense remain the actual level, it's a huge risk !

I would keep Randle if he figures out how to play against bigger/taller players. He is useless against OKC and HOU. Naz is useless against anyone on D. The only reason I keep Naz over Randle is I expect much higher return from Randle.
