Would love him, but isn’t he the guy they’re choosing to build around?

I don’t think we have anything we’d be willing to trade that they’d have any interest in.

Also, if he and Turner give up the most points in the paint, what would he and Kat do?

wonder if Rosas even made an offer for Myles Turner or Siakam. we probly don't need a 3rd team for those guys. i like simmons..but Rosas don't have to be fixated on just one guy. We need an upgrade at PF. But don't need the best out there. Lauri would've made us a dangerous offensive team. I think even a guy like marvin bagley III can be a big help.

I wouldn't say he's been fixated on one guy, I'd argue the opposite. It's just he understands there is a price to pay for these guys, both in team compensation plus for Markkanen player compensation. There just hasn't been a price to pay that Rosas has felt is worth it. And to this point, it hasn't been worth it in a Sixers offer yet either.

Beasley for Marvin Bagley iii? They earn around the same salary. I'd throw in a 2nd.

I don't know about that.

Why?

I mean we probably want Prince given the PHI situation and/or he provides more immediate on court results. And why add a 2nd to him? Even if we traded for him I don't know we would re-sign him.

Bagley is a guy you give up nothing for or get incentive for taking, given we traded both Culver and Juancho, that leaves Okogie and Layman. Would you trade Okogie and Layman for Bagley III and a 2nd to eat the difference (about $3mil)? It is iffy.

How? On the wings they currently have Levert, Duarte, Warren, Holiday, and Craig. Duarte and Beasley are very similar players and they just took Duarte in the lottery. Keeping Turner will help them more than adding what would be a bench shooter for them.

Okogie and Layman are trash. Bagley is worth more than that.

If that is the case someone else can trade for him and pay him $11mil...plus decide what to do about his FA. No thanks.

Beasley can be a 6th man for them.. And prince is a starting sf on some teams.

hopefully not by choice. Man was terrible last year. Turner is worth alot more to Indy than Beasley. Beasley + McDaniels would be a closer offer. and they will probably still say no. they have way too much depth as is

Turner and Sabonis give up a ton of points in the paint, Turner doesn't have that much value, because the thing he is good at...he isn't actually good at it. And isn't a difference maker in this regard.
