I am going to continue to beat the drum that Towns has to go.He's Kevin Love & Al Jefferson 2.0 a guy who'll give you 20/10 a night and have little effect on actual winning. Also in no way shape or form is a lead.

Trade him to the Celtics or Pelicans for Brown/Williams or Igram/Valanciunas and a 1st round pick.

Also move Russell to his ideal role as the 6th man and move Beasley for another big.

Finch just said on the failed inbound play that that was on him. He said I have to call a better play there.

Finch says we just slowed down and tried to run out clock. They switched and we were too slow to get it.

This went on for the last 5 minutes. Why isn't the coach doing something about it?

Also sure would have been nice to have that timeout left there..

Blowing double digit leads 4 times in 9 games is bad for Finch. DLo seemed to the be the coach the last 5 minutes telling KAT to set a screen then sit in high post with mismatch (He traveled and Jaden missed the layup once). KAT and Ant had a bad OT. Finch has to draw up some better plays especially for when we are up 10.

Once again OReb kills us. I kind of wish JAren didn’t foul out, that way we wouldn’t have to see Clarke out hustle our whole team.

I can understand listening to the pg and coach. But you'd have to be an idiot to just stand there and watch the only player near the ball get double. If that's the case we should have had smarter players on the floor.it looked like dlo didn't have any speed out there. J mac should have been able to produce and why have pat out there during the jump ball?

Finch is just trying to take one for the team.

this franchise always finds creative ways to fail. It's been not even 10 games and I am already wishing for the season to end.
If the season continues like this, a KAT trade will probably be inevitable.

Well we know our ceiling with him. It’d be interesting what kind of market he would draw. Certainly no rebuilding team would want him. Contenders would have crappy draft picks. Not many contenders would have young talent they’d be willing to part with.

Such is life. Stupid ass team.

Trade KAT. Everyone should be movable but Ant. This is horrendous. Absolute joke of a franchise.

Pelicans have to be the team. They are flush with picks. Are desperate to show Zion that they can win before Zion asks out. And most importantly, KAT is the perfect fit next to Zion.

We can do the blame game again all year long, yet there 3 things that have never changed about this team…

1.) our best players have no leadership
2.) our best players have no grit
3.) our best players are mental midgets

In a nutshell, the wolves fear losing far more than they savor winning … they go numb as if they are living a surreal moment … game over.

You don’t lose big lead after big lead without a pattern of weakness that opponents can smell … they sense these weaknesses and attack them. Finch should not have to think for these guys as if they are a youth team… but that’s the way it’s coming across.

Our Big 3 in the last 10 minutes (4th/OT)

Ant: 0/4, 2 TO’s (Charge, Bad pass)
DLo: 3-8, 1 TO (Pass to Jaden)
KAT: 1-4, 2 TO’s (Shot clock, Travel)

DLo tried his best to setup KAT for good looks but he couldn’t post up Morant/Melton in the high post. Ant does too much standing around when he doesn’t have the ball.

I’m confident in our offensive ability, however we need better coaching and rebounding late in the game.

The issue is that his two “co-stars” are largely net-negative players, the team does not have a starting-caliber Power-Forward, the bench is playing badly, and the starting Small-Forward deals with serious foul-trouble almost every single game.

The team is horrible, Minnesota would have zero wins this season without Karl-Anthony Towns. I genuinely think the biggest issue with this team, unfortunately, is talent. Minnesota is banking entirely on in-season development (which could happen, but naturally I am pretty pessimistic).

How did we not offer Andre Drummond a contract? He signed for the Vet minimum and just grabbed 25 freaking boards last night. I've always said we needed another (true) big next to KAT. We put out the same product every year and expect different results. This is so frustrating yet I keep coming back expecting different results...

We need to come to the realization that players can come here and likely been invited, but for the most part, they opt to go elsewhere … and it’s not because it’s MN

I don't think Celtics would trade Brown for KAT straight up, wings are too valuable and Brown has proven himself in the playoffs in multiple seasons while KAT had one of the more embarrassing playoff series in recent history

I'm also open to moving KAT. He's this generation's Chris Webber and you cannot win with him as your #1. However, I would rather try moving these pieces prior to trading KAT: Beasley, Naz, Prince, D-Lo, even Beverly and this year's first for a significant piece. Who can we get for these pieces? No idea, but it has to happen soon.

New owners probably aren't too impressed with the team so far.

Webber was a winner. KAT hasn’t done much at all.

I would much prefer trading KAT and DLo for picks, if possible.

Finch spent too much time on defense during training camp. We need more than just a Horns set because that only works when the corner guys are shooting threats. You can’t run horns with Vando, Okogie or Prince on the floor.

Implement some Spanish PNR with DLo and Naz, run Beasley off multiple screens, Back door cuts for Ant. Something new needs to happen with the play calling

Obviously the main issue is talent but there is also a brutal lack of BBIQ.

We have really dumb players on the basketball court, let's put that way. Starting with KAT.
