Murray is 25 and on a favorable good contract for two more years. Gobert is 30 and maxed out.

Gobert is tied down for the next four seasons, with the 4th being a player option. If he was on an expiring contract, I could see it being inexpensive...

Looks like you called it.

Say it's 28M/year. Would you rather have Turner and a player like Beasley, or Gobert?

Probably Turner and a better use of that 15M.

Unless we're going all Golden State, I don't see how we tie up over 90M on 2 bigs.

I bet Turner wouldn't have cost us all those picks...

It's way too many picks. I'd veto this deal if I could, but oh well-- next year will be fun at least.

Now that I see the picks I went from loving it to hating it.

I don't think them being unprotected will hurt since they should probably make the playoffs even if they had some big injuries. But that's way too much, basically 5 1st round picks if you count Kessler.

If we win a title he is. Of course he's over 25 and expensive so I know you will not like it. I'm actually in shock and not sure how I feel.

The players involved do not bother me, it's the amount of picks. Far too many for my taste.

Kessler had zero potential to be as good as Rudy. I think Rudy's a total game changer. We have the right parts to go with him. We could be title contenders. We gave up a ****, but if we win a title nobody will care.

It's a reckless move. I feel as if Wolves kept adding a future first each time Utah said no.

People need to relax! we have had over twenty years of drafting in the lottery and could hit on less than 10% of those pics. These picks should be in the mid twenties to later..... Great move- Only player I hate giving up is BEV! Get excited we are finally a top 4 team in the west...... Great day to be a wolf backer!!!!!! The rest of the players given up are not players on a title contender. We are just used to being terrible so we think some of these guys are better than they are!

Well when you look at that way...

We just traded the future draft comps of Derrick Williams, Jonny Flynn, Jared Culver, and Shabazz Muhammad. No big deal we would have drafted busts any way!

Why are posters not understanding that because the picks should be late first rounders, there is no guarantee they will be. Again, Brooklyn fans said the exact same things when the Nets traded for Harden. How does that look now?

Like they will recoup them by trading Durant and Irving

If this trade is on the table do you take it?

Dlo and a sign and trade Josh Okogie for Russel Westbrook and the Lakers 27 FRP unprotected as well as a protected 2029 FRP?

That is still just 12 players. I hope Minott and Spamyolo turn out good in summer league and can provide depth.

No. Dlo maybe now has a real sense in our roster.

And Westbrook is a lockeroom cancer..
