Sice we're (basically) to the offseason, its time to look ahead to training camp and the preseason

The Timberwolves will make their second trip in four years overseas come October.

Participating once again in NBA Europe Live, they will play the Lakers at the O2 Arena in London on Oct. 4 and the Knicks on Oct. 6 at the Palais Ominsports in Paris.

Ricky Rubio's Regal Barcelona team will be participating in the NBA Europe Live games, but won't play the Wolves.

His team plays the Lakers at home in Barcelona on Oct. 7.

The Wolves will have training camp here at home rather than overseas, as they did in 2007, when they held training camp in Istanbul.

Here was the Celtics/Timberwolves game at the O2 Arena a few years back. That place just seems really empty.

You're right - they kind of yodel and make other non-bark sounds. They share this and other characteristics of pariah dogs, like the most famous barkless dog is the Basenji (which I think originated in africa).

Replace Minnesota with Chicago or San Antonio. I feel like Minnesota was just tossed in randomly.

at first I read it as "the famous barkless dog of Basenji" and my mind immediately went to "the vicious chicken of Bristol"

The Knicks and Lakers? If the Knicks have Lebron by that time we'll officially be the Washington Generals of the NBA...
