I'm disappointed in him. I'm glad we got rid of him. I think he needs an ego check. Did it all start when Sprewell and Cassell came here?

I am processing the needed paperwork to not only remove your modship but demand instant castration administrated by Parkinson victims holding sandpaper.

I was never a 100% diehard KG fan. A few years ago, I would argue that he was just as skilled as Duncan. Now that KG's body is breaking down, it's not the case anymore.
However KG's personality is another thing. I mean he punched Wally and Rickert. I don't want to say I let it slide, but I remembered it. Now all of a sudden he's taunting players and acting cocky. I should have despised that guy growing up.
Evan Turner is #21 (too bad nobody will let that one slide).

KG's the man no matter how many people he hits in the face with his elbows. We pretty much used him up playing him 40 mpg for ten years. I'm glad he had success with the Celtics. He has a big ego now, but so what? It's not enough to sour his legacy imo. I'll probably always be a KG fan. We shouldn't have kept him, but I'm glad we had him.

??????
Sorry, just got frustrated. He was one of my biggest sports idols growing up, and to see him doin stuff like that just pissed me off. I had to vent somewhere.
Also, thats a disturbing plan of action....

I hate the Jonas Brothers. Every time I try to search Kevin Love on Youtube, I forget that Jonas Brothers crap will pop up.

Odd how things change. He is still by far the best player to ever put on a Timberwolves uniform. I think it was kind of the same for Chris Carter. Everyone in MN loved, he left and then everyone thought ill of him. However, when Carter goes into the hall everyone will love him again. It will be the same with Garnett. Apparently even though he was a stand up guy and dealt with all of McHale's crap when he should've demand a trade a long time ago fans still need to dislike him simply because he plays for a different team now.
When thinking about highlights of the Timberwolves' past Garnett has to top the list or be close to it. We've never had much team success outside of that Western Conference Championship (which was due to Garnett) or had any star players besides Garnett.

Agree.
I have a copy of the Sac/MN playoff Game where KG had 30+ saved to my DVR.
I still have the pink vision hope that he finishes his career with us.

Well, I've always loved Carter, but thats beside the point (and its Cris)
Were we blinded to his attitude, or did he have a drastic change?

Kg has heart...we all know that. He gives it 100 percent whenever hes on the court whether his body lets him or not!
KG was also my idol growing up and i don't think the taunting and poking fun at people is like really ill will towards people..its just the game trying to get in there head, i'm sure that hes not even hated around the league, i read something that Qrich and KG are actually real life friends but KG was protecting his teammate because Qrich said "Quit faking lets play" (i have yet to see the press conference or anything its just what i read on the general board).
The thing is KG is intense, he sometimes gets over heated but he does what does not happen enough in the NBA he plays with heart and passion, and gives everything he has, i am sure that if the Celtics were to get some young peices and could contend after his contracts over, if he still wanted to play i think he sign with them cheap, same with the Twolves i have a glimpse hope that if were contending he would sign with us to end his career.
And even if KG is overly intense on the court and does stuff we don't agree with we should
1). Be thankful for him because he's more than likely the reason we still have the Twolves..Dont deny it you know its more than likely true.
2). He isn't going out smoking weed (atleast getting caught) or driving drunk or hitting his wife , abusing kids, sending texts of his junk, or cheating on his wife or something. He does so much for the community and is a great person.
Thats my little spiel on KG.

I'm sorry, but I don't care what Richardson said. There are better ways to "protect your teammates" than throwing not one, but two elbows at a guy.

Oh i didn't say that the elbow action was necessary. Tempers were rising and such and hopefully the ejection will help him learn that he needs to chill a little, but people shouldn't be going out calling him a thug.
By the way Klomp i laugh out loud when i see the Kevin Love pushing is it Marc Gasol?

I love KG. The crazier he acts the more I love him. This was great.

He threw one. And it was more of a defensive elbow than anything.

KG is hated around the league, trust me.
He's always been this way. Everyone loved him because he was the superstar who never had a ring but deserved one. Once he got one, then all the fans around the league soured on him.
I'll always have great memories of him. I keep an eye out for him and see how he's doing but I don't follow him as closely as I used to.

I remember watching Ahmed Rashad do a piece on KG at the all-star game, when he was "the kid", and how every player loved him. He was always smiling and joking and seemed like he had such a great personality. Then he endured years of losing. We all saw the interview with, was it John Thompson?, were he was talking about how badly he wanted to win in MN and he was near tears. He seemed joyless. Then he went to Boston, worked incredibly hard and won, and was so happy and relieved. I was so happy for him. I think all of 'sota was. Now he always looks like a wild animal. Sometimes I don't know what to think, but he is and always will be my all time favorite player.
I have a personal story about KG. When he was a young all-star, I met him. I was going to school at UMD at the time. I had a friend whose parents lived at a very nice condo in Minneapolis (or some suburb, I can't remember exactly I was only there once). My friend and I were playing one on one outside the condo. Then this giant, skinny guy comes out of the condo next door, walks over and says "I got next." It was KG. He was renting the condo while looking for a new house or something. He just hung out with us and shot around for about an hour or so. He was completley down to earth and treated us with respect. He came across so humble and honest. I will always have the respect for him that he showed me.
