NJN GETS: #23 + #45 + Henk Norel + cash
MIN GETS: #27 + #31
If that's a no-go, we could try a similar deal with OKC.

I'm not sure in the deep 2010 draft if a significantly better player is available at #23, for us or the other teams, but in most drafts you're starting to take crapshoots. #31 or #32 are useful picks to stash a Euro for two years -- which might not be the specific gameplan for either of these teams, depending on the likelyhood they bring in talent through free agency to win more quickly.

I'd rather keep the #23 and sell the 2nd rounders.

Re: Tiny MIN - NJN draft trade
Weirdly enough I've had a similar idea for weeks and just never bothered to post it anywhere. For a moment I actually thought you'd stolen it, but yeah.
I'm kind of behind it. I want Montiejunas with the 2nd 1st rounder the team has, so if that takes the 23rd as well I'd rather that then this. But if it doesn't for whatever reason I'd be cool with it. I like Crawford at 27 and if Hamilton stays in both would be nice players to add to the team. Kevin Seraphin could also be a good choice...ah, the possibilities. I love draft time.

could always draft and stash and hope for the best. add to the stable with Rubio, Henk, and Pek. Damn the cap hold, its insignificant when we are this bad.

I don't want to mess with our picks until I know the order post lottery. We might need the 23 or the 2nd rounders to facilitate another deal more important than pick swapping.
Theres many guys i like in the 20-32 range: ebanks, varnado, singler, crawford, pondexter~ I might consider a trade down if one of those players is still available.
