Tayshaun is a good player but he's at that age where I really wouldn't do a lot to acquire him unless I was contending within two years.

I got Prince going to Philly in all the trades (slightly different from a similar trade I made earlier).

I love option 1 and you rock for putting 3 different ideas together in a relatively simple trade which makes sense for all parties.

Philly declines? Otherwise I like how it combines many of the trade ideas we have discussed.

For Minnesota
Option 1 and Option 3 are worthy of discussion

But option 2 is horrible for Minnesota

I meant for us to get a pick in that trade, but I will make the second trade more complex by having Milwaukee and Minnesota share the cost of Atlanta's pick (Milwaukee pays 2.5 million and we pay 500K). We get Milwaukee's pick and they get Atlanta's. I have Milwaukee paying more because I want them to cover some of Redd's contract. Because we are moving up, I have us sharing some of that cost.

I want to know your input on this everybody. This isn't part of of my revised option 2 trade, but I could trade Gomes to Portland and Portland sends Fernandez to Milwaukee. Is there a limit on how many teams can be involved? It's getting hard though to keep it small as possible.

I had a rough draft of the trade, but I couldn't figure out where to best send Iggy. I just said forget it and you'll see how changes based on where Iggy goes. I don't know if I'd be surprised if Philly were to decline. We're mostly content with #7 and Prince for Jefferson. They are getting #10, Prince, and Brewer. I admit there isn't any Aldrich, Monroe, or Aminu possibilities that late.

Wow. Nice job. I think option 1 is far too good for us, though.

I disagree. Iguodala is a very good player, but he's also already paid like a star. Personally, while I love the fit Iguodala could provide (though we'd need more outside shooting), I think at that price-tag (expiring, Brewer, two non-lotto 1sts) that's kind of expensive, and a PHI team looking to shed salary may not ask for as much. Perhaps if we threw a little cap space at them, they'd find that worth more.
