I think Johnson is most likely to somehow end up in Minnesota, but I don't think he will be drafted by us. Right now Sacramento has a thread on WJ playing shooting guard, so I'm optimistic (no offense Sac-town)

Wes supposedly looks amazing in a private workout setting. I can already see Kahn falling in love. I would like to get Wes by trading one of our bigs, though. Just don't draft him at 4.

If Kahn drafts Wes at #4, he officially doesn't have a clue.

problem is, if khan really wants johnson, the next time that will want cousins is detroit at #7. Both the Kings and GS would love to get Wes so if we trade down we are screwed (in terms of getting Wes)

I doubt Cousins falls passed Sacto or GS.

See, I don't get this. Doesn't anyone else see the obvious glut of small forwards in both Sacramento and Golden State and think Johnson wouldn't be on the top of their lists because of it? There's a decent chance he could fall to 7 unless either one wants to take him and flip him for the guy they want + extra.

If not Johnson, Aminu. Either way I am good with it.

I bank that Sac/GS one of them grabs Aldrich and the other Monroe. (Or would be willing to do a K.Love trade)

I still think our best bet is to take Cousins and see who drops. If Aminu or Johnson fall past Sac and Gs we should try to move up a little bit probably, or I'd be happy with taking George over either of them.

You beat me to the question. I agree...why has everyone come to the conclusion that Johnson is the pick for those teams? They both needs bigs in the worst way. I mean, even if GSW is being silly, they probably draft Aminu, since he can play PF(or center I guess) in their ridiculous small ball lineup.
