Klomp,

I hope you did not trip when you went from driving the Aminu bandwagon to sneaking on the Cousins one.

Hahaha......

I'm still an Aminu fan, and think he will be good. But having watched some Cousins film, he is number one right now. Star potential.

I've spent time going through cousins footage for the past few days. I think this kid could be really special. He's got back to the basket skills, he's got a little face up game, he can run the floor, put the ball on the floor in transition, block shots, he can pass too...

I'm really shocked how well this kid moves considering his size. When the last time a freshmen C prospect this young came out and was good at so many things? Sure he has some question marks regarding his drive and the various red flags, but I think I'd overlook these problems.

I don't really have a good comparison for him. The taller Al on dx doesn't seem very fitting. He does have some back to the basket skills his footwork isnt nearly as good as al's. Hes also quite a bit more mobile laterally.

I think we may have gotten lucky falling to #4.

Also based on his interviews. I just see this as a kid with a lot of passion. He wouldn't be this skilled if he was uncoachable, he wouldn't be talking about how he loves watching Gasol if he didn't have the drive to get better.

im on the aminu bandwagon for sure, just not at 4. i would love cousins and 4 then the prince/7 for al trade to get aminu.

not sure on the shooting but rubio,brew/aminu/love/cousins is a long and young team. with sessions and flynn and pek as trade bait. and still cap space AND princes expiring or more cap room next year. i would even not get too upset if we took a player like morrow in free agency, signed pek or darko and just saved the cash for making sure taylor will resign our players.

would love to do something like al for 5 to get johnson, but doubtfull

Gushie says there is a 97.8% chance Sam leapt into Kahn to set right what McHale once did wrong.

Jefferson Gomes for KG
Sign Lebron to fill out the roster
Rubio Brewer Lebron KG Cousins with Love and Flynn rounding the bench...
watch championships roll into town like WalMart superstores
KG retires a happy Wolf
Sam one leap closer to home.

He's got nice touch with both hands, which is a fantastic trait to pair with that size as well.

I can definitely see where the concern comes from, but it's tough for me to call him uncoachable, considering the change in effort level and willingness to play tough around the basket under Calipari's watch.

I don't understand all the love for Morrow. Correct me if i'm wrong since I didn't watch a lot of GS games, but he's really not a great defender, he tries hard, but really just not that good at it, he isn't much of a slasher or scorer at the rim, doesn't have great handles, and he plays Nellie ball so there is a chance his numbers are a tad inflated. So, what screams "sign me to a contract!"? JJ Redick has the same skillset and doesn't have any questions about his stats bases on the offensive system.

People fall in love with statistics and he is an awesome percentages guy. Still, I agree. If the team is signing some role players with their money I'd rather they be veterans that can provide that little more, like a Mike Miller or Tony Allen.

Well from a talent standpoint probably. But Turner has a much higher floor, and no weight, attitude concerns. Plus Turner is the perfect fit for this team, which has no wings..
