This seems like the next logical comparison thread. If this one does not garner much discussion, feel free to lock or put in the "prospects" thread.

I think I'll just settle for whichever SG/SF drops at 16. If we get Turner, I'm 100% fine with taking whomever drops here. If we end up taking Cuz, then I wouldn't be opposed to combining 16 and 23 (or something like Pek or Sessions or Gomes) for a legit wing talent.

I'd prefer trading up for George or Henry to Babbitt or Hayward at 16, but I'd prefer Anderson or Whiteside at 16 to either option.

I don't think we'd have to trade up to get either George or Henry, at least one of them will be there at 16. But if neither are there I'd just take Babbitt I guess.

George and Henry are gonzo by 16. Just watch. People are whispering George as high as 8 and Henry at 10. They will not be there.

Yeah the Clippers will probably take one of them, and I wouldn't be surprised to see Milwaukee take one at 15.(I think they pick there anyway.)

,Didn't Babbitt have a really impressive combine? I have seen him sliding up the mocks lately too, Whiteside seems to be dropping, I guess he was a poor interview

Pretty much every team in the 8-15 range could be in the mix.

I don't want a non-athletic SF unless its with the 23 pick. With so much crazy athletic SFs in this draft, that'd be super disappointing to get one of those 2

It wouldn't be bad to have a pure shooter though. With Rubio dishing, and Al, Pekovic, Cousins, whoever in the post, we could certainly use a few guys like that and Babbit/Hayward are certainly an upgrade over Ellingotn for that role.

I'd rather trade up for Henry or George.

From Kahn's standpoint, if he "knows" one of George/Henry is going to make an impact in the league, I hope he goes for quality over quantity in this case.

With Brewer I think we have our athletic SF, but it would be nice to have a shooter at SF. Not sure if I think it's an upgrade over Ellington as much as a compliment to him as a shooter at another position. Ellington and Babbit/Hayward off the bench would stretch the D and allow for some different looks.

True. I'd much rather have either one than Babbit and Hayward.

I agree with all that. But if for some reason Henry or George are not obtainable, I would be happy with Babbit or Hayward as a consolation.

Who says Henry and George go first? Any of the 4 could go as high as 8 to the clippers.
Babbitt's floor might be 12 to the Grizzlies. They could easily go 8-9-10-11.

Hayward sucks the big dong. Talking heads call him a great shooter when he shot 29.4% from the COLLEGE 3-point line last year. Not to mention he's as thin as Corey Brewer without the lateral quickness. If the Wolves draft him at 16 I may have another Mayo moment. Wolves have a terrible history of drafting guys on their tournament stock.

Babbitt is a 50-40-90 guy with a great handle, prototypical size, good athleticism, good rebounder, and a really high BBIQ. If he can play even average D at SF he is going to be a really good player in this league. He's the perfect offensive fit for a triangle SF too with good passing and post skills.
Henry is the same type of player, except a SG.
George clearly has the most upside, maybe of anyone outside the top 4.

Personally I would have no problem packaging 16+23 for any of those 3. Quality over quantity (I've been preaching that for 2 years now). We need 2 legitimate starters out of this draft, we have enough role players. Backup PG is filled. Backup wing is filled (Brewer). We have potentially 4 starting quality bigs before the draft even starts. I'll be very disappointed if we don't trade up from 16. I have a feeling some of the late-lottery bigs are going to drop (Patterson, Orton, Whiteside, Motiejunas).

Jennifer Garner has messed up pinky toes. Google it. It rivals Megan Fox's toe thumbs.

It all depends on what it would cost to move up. 16+23 to move up might interest me... I'm very tempted to sit at 16 and take whoever falls out of george/henry/babbit and if none of the do just take the BPA
