Darko Milicic helps sick children

Serbian basketball player Darko Milicic pay a donation for the treatment of children suffering from deadly Batten disease.

Thanks to Minnesota Timberwolves player Alex (6), Zoe (5), Star (6) and Luke (8) travel to China on stem cell treatment that will prolong their life.

No seriously, that's good to hear. In the end, its the fans that pay the salaries of NBA players. They have the right to use their money any way they want, but its nice to hear that some of them use their money selflessly.

Good work Darko, it's always nice to see professional athletes using some of their large sums of money towards a good cause.

More seriously, it was a nice move on his part.
